Very good food and good service.
I have never been to this location, only been to the one in Louisiana where everyone is friendly. But I think I might have arrived to early to this location bc NO ONE greeted my friend and I with a nice friendly tone nor a smile. I guess no one was awake at 11am. However, I wanted boiled shrimp, but they only serve it spicy, and I can't eat spicy foods, so I ended up eating a house salad. Maybe I will have to try this place in the evening to see if everyone is in a better mood.
Staff is very friendly, and attentive.
Since this restaurant opened, I have been wanting to try it. I’m very familiar with the locations in Lake Charles, so I was expecting a lot! Needless to say, I was so disappointed. All of the food tasted like it was pre-frozen! The gumbo reminded me of a can of Progresso gumbo; salty with very little meat. The drinks were very weak for the price. We had two plates of food, 2 cups of gumbo, two adult beverages, and a can of seasoning; $91 + tip! The price would have been well worth it, had the food been tasty. This will be my last visit to this establishment!
First time at this location but have frequent the Lake Charles location on several occasions. Was not impressed with the quality of the food at this location ( I don’t think they can compete with Louisiana). Had the fish and shrimp combo there was no flavor to the food the fries were fried good and crispy and the food came out hot the service was great. Beware of the additional 4% charge when paying with your debit or credit card
Food & Service was amazing! Waiter was so nice, he made sure we were taken care of! We ate twice here during our visit to Lake Charles.
Food was great 4 times beyond there great service
This was my first time here. My friends offered to take me out for my bday. I was like select a place I have never been. Oh and can it be seafood. I had no complaints I got the captains platter (small) and a 16oz strawberry mango margarita. The staff was awesome I can not tell you how many times they check on us. I will be back thank for an awesome 1st experience.
What a great place to hang out with friends, eat good food, have a few drinks and listen to amazing live music!! Thank you Fred for having such a wonderful place to relax and unwind where you can come with your fur baby and enjoy a beautiful day with good food, good fun and wonderful music! I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return!!
