Waited for ever to realize they had put our drinks on the counter and didn't call our name. Hot coffee turned to cold coffee.
Good coffee but over priced

This experience was an oasis in time. It was the location where my daughter and I were able to break bread, communicate, gleam from one another's experience and nourish our souls and bodies at the same time. It was clean the staff was kind and personable. And it was tucked away and just the right way to where you can see the outside world passing by but it was like you were in your own space and time just enjoying a hot beverage as you just allow that beverage to cleanse your soul from all the confusion of the world.
Was just passing by, but hey the coffee smell grabbed the attention of me, a woman in front of me and even apparently got my attention enough to make my phone think I stopped to get coffee from here. Lol

If I could give 0 stars I would, for the rude customer service I received today. I have come to this location plenty of times and the employees have always been upbeat and nice. Today, there was a man named Kimli working and he had the worst attitude. I was waiting for him to notice me so I could place my order & he just stood there looking at me rudely. There was no greeting at all. I mean, are you going to say something instead of standing there with disgust on your face? No "hello", "good morning", or "what can I get for you today"? So I said hello & waited for this dude to say something. I placed my order, then he rolled his eyes before fixing it. I just told him to cancel it. I am not spending any money at a location that has rude folks like him working there. If he doesn't like his job he should work somewhere else! He's a mess!
Curbside is a joke, when they do offer it. And God forbid you choose to go inside to receive it because no one will greet you.
Consistently nice staff...however... My flat white hadn't tasted quite right from the last 3 visits. I just ended up tossing them out the window. Did Starbucks change the recipe? I can't taste the expresso; the taste is not as robust... I know it's called flat white..but I taste shouldnt be flat.. the flat white at this location is now a FLOP!
Drive thru closed at 8:20pm on Friday night but website stated 9pm is closing time.
