Quality is awful I Oder a pink drink and they gave me a tasteless drink with blocks of ice all the way to the top smh . The vanilla bean drink taste it like milk with water if we go there is to get a good drink I didn’t go there to pay for ice or water smh costumer service needs improvement .
Super annoying that this location doesn't carry decaf syrup. The reason I like Starbucks is that I can get almost everything decaf...
Husband got an apple crisp macchiato a few days ago, it was delicious. Gets the same thing today and it is basically a cup of sweetened milk. Can’t taste the apple or the espresso. I literally paid $6 for a glass of milk with ice.

I got less than 4hrs sleep last night & always order something hot, but wanted something cold today. Sabrea was very patient, helped me decide on a drink, made sure it had a shot of espresso, and even stood by to make sure it was sweet enough for me. When I needed it sweeter, she didn't complain. She just figured out which syrup would be best & made sure I loved my drink. Very pleasant experience!!(I've also been helped by Andrew in the past, & he was amazing!)
