Long wait time even after ordering through the mobile app. Notified them when I noticed they were no longer busy and also no coffee orders were being worked on. Employee was not concerned and had no sense of urgency to even make it right !
Visited this location on 2/13/2022 at 6:50 pm. They were not busy so I couldn't understand why the restrooms were filthy and out of soap. Hand sanitizer dispenser and refillable bottle were both empty. This is concerning. Do the employees wash their hands???
Avoid this place if you are an Uber Eats driver. They are committing fraud. Every time an Alexa B. orders an order they mysteriously don't have an item available and will force you to cancel the order. They also don't notify you immediately. They have you waiting for 3-5 minutes before telling you that a previous driver already came and had to cancel the order.
Starbucks is my go-to coffee shop…I just wish they would put Salted Caramel Mocha on the menu year round!!!
Since day one we have been loyal to this location. In the recent months it has gone down hill. The store it self is neglected. The staff does not acknowledge you as they did in the past We have waited over 24 minutes for a mobile order placed well in advance on the app. When we leave we say "thank you", "have a good day" no one responds nor looks up or even knows we even exist. I really hope this location does better for the sake of the loyal customers.
Very Dirty environment. Bathrooms smelled terrible and soap dispenser was broken. Trash all over the floor. It's not hard to sweep for 2 minutes then continue operations. Also no drive- thru for those wondering
I had a tall frozen strawberry refresher topped with whipped cream. So good.
No soap in the restroom, dirty floors, dirty tables... and I would like to emphasize that the restrooms were completely filthy,... very unhygienic ??,.. even though there's hand sanitizer, that's not a good reason to work under those conditions I would say buy the coffee under your own risk
They have Nothing available. All menus available are seasonal... but they are not serving the seasonal.2 people working...?...I think...I recieved wrong size... after being told they didn't have the first 2 drinks I attempted to order. Understaffed and unprepared
Not a regular; and this day, I really didn't go here. BTW, I have been tremendously helped and blessed, based on their Medicine Ball (not the real name), but recommended by my daughter during a time when I had a lingering congestion in my system
