Extremely unfriendly staff. It doesn’t take much effort to respond to a good morning greeting. Probably need to seek employment outside of customer service.
Slightly annoyed at the fact the barista didn't fill my drink to the top. Starbucks isn’t cheap, so for what I’m paying for I think it’s reasonable to expect my drink be filled to the top.
I ordered Hot Chocolate this evening but i'm so so disappointed to the taste they give me peppermint chocolate and no taste at all its like water and mint bad experienced..Btw it's my second bad experienced i thought the first time is just only a mistake..?
They don’t really understand what customer wants even though my friend asked for “Dragon Drink - the one that have coconut milk”. They messed it up 3 times. So if they don’t have it on their menu, please remove the picture in the front of their cashier area.
