I go to Starbucks just about every day all over the metropolis of Houston. The store was not busy at all & it took over 15 minutes to get drinks. Worse than the wait was the attitude of the shift leader. It’s like she could not be bothered, even taking the order.The rest of the staff, while slower than they should’ve been, was friendly.

Went during a non busy hour and was asking about a drink and how to make it a little less bitter. Found out about blonde espresso, it's delicious will be going here for my Starbucks from now on. They staff was very polite and the inside was very clean.
I frequent this location a lot and I feel like it has gone downhill. Jen, an employee here is extremely rude and hostile anytime I come in. Other staff members have even said that she just "isn't friendly" or "she's just like that" well then maybe she shouldn't be in the customer service industry. You're made to feel like a burden and what you order is a hassle to be made. She doesn't smile, and the whole environment is very unwelcoming when she is present, I dread going in this location worrying if she is working or not. On top of that this location is out of so much stuff almost all the time now, and also cannot follow simple instructions on how to make something, my drink tastes different everytime I order it.
Very crowded. The kids working there were doing the best that they could. On a positive note, my husband loved the grilled cheese. It was actually toasted. At some locations they microwave the sandwich. 5his location actually grilled it.
I really enjoy going here especially since lately I've been getting pupachino for my sweet dog. The one thing I noticed when I was there today was they are changing their hrs to 5am-4pm.... why close at 4??It didn't say holiday new hrs it just said their new hrs. So they not get business after 4pm? They will miss the after 5 rush I would think....... thats a bummer. Hope those hrs don't last.
On December 29th I stopped at this location to get a treat for my wife and I with my Grandson in the back seat I went thru the drive-thru to order our drinks. We waited thru the line and when we got to the drive-up window I paid for our drinks and asked for stoppers for the drinks without sampling them. We left and drove home, unloaded our grandson and came into our house. That’s when I discovered that instead of getting what I asked for, I got hot chocolate instead. I then
