Honestly the worst Starbucks on earth. Everytime drive thru takes consistently more than 30 mins even there are 3 cars ahead. Half of the time they got the order wrong. I can't tell you how many times I order fapp they gave me that lukewarm watered down stuff. And like everyone says, you order grande they will give you tall sized drink in a grande cup. This is every dam time! Went in a few times complaining about the half full grande drink, the staff gave me a durrr looking and says "sir this is grande we serve". Despite this is the closest Starbucks to me, I finally fed up and decide to drive fruther to get a decent drink

This used to be a really good Starbucks but now they have gone down!! Super disappointed with my drinks. Lol you know it’s bad when your 11 yr old says his hot chocolate taste ? funny, had to go to the walnut and 518 Starbucks and they did a much better job(not as good as others I’ve had but better than the first try) !! It should be uniform, every Starbucks the drink should look and taste the same.!unless it’s from the secret menu

Monti deserves a raise! She never disappoints, I always order a iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso & she makes it PERFECT! Every time! When my order is not available, I do try other Starbucks & let me tell you… they absolutely disappoint. Monti is extremely fast & delivers great coffee & customer service.I see her making coffee when I go pick up my online order & she’s putting in work ?? & like I mentioned before my coffee is never wack LOL Thanks Monti!! I’ve even cried because my coffee is so good ? so grateful for you!!

I tried talking to a staff member and trying to get their attention about my order. They clearly saw me but ignored me. Very rude service, on top of waiting for a long time for my order. It was not busy either, my friend got her order before me even though I ordered first. Foods was fine but I don't like how they attended me.

The customer service at this location is very subpar. Not only can they not spell simple names, (Lida instead of Lydia), they made me wait inside longer than other customers who had clearly ordered after me. If I decide to come again I'll go through the drive thru so they are forced to serve me in a timely fashion.

Every time I order from here! I always order a Grande and they fill the cup like it’s a tall! They have the nerve to tell me it’s from the foam and whip, but it’s not! Every other Starbucks I go to, I never have a problem except this location. And if that’s not the worst thing, I’ll order my drink 20 minutes ahead, get there and still have to wait anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes more! It’s not ok! I’ve been coming to this location for 2 yrs now, I’m going to start going to 518 location from now on! I don’t mind driving further if I get my order right!!!! Thanks for wasting my time and money! Do better!!!!

Walked inside of business today and was observed as I stood at the counter by all four employees, but was not addressed nor greeted by anyone. No one asked to take my order or nothing they just stood there looking at me as I stood in front of the register as if I didn't belong there. This was Completely unacceptable and poor customer service. After a few minutes of no service I left.

This place always messes up my drink order. Their drinks are made super sweet and barely contain coffee.In my most recent order, I ordered a chai latte and iced vanilla latte. I didn’t think anything of the white chocolate color until I got home and tried it… both tasted like watered down chai syrup. Both were literally the same drink. Never coming back

I used to come here daily but since Harvey and it shut down for that period I started going to the Starbucks inside of Kroger. Sadly this will be my last visit to this location because for what i pay for my drinks I prefer them be made right. Both of my drinks were made incorrectly. I will gladly get out of my car and go inside Krogers multiple times a day as I do and wait in what ever length line there is and be greeted by my amazing baristas at Kroger’s. I don’t even have to say what I want any more just the quantity. I love how easy and friendly that location is. The Pearland Starbucks location has gone down hill so far so quick. I hate to leave such a harsh review but honestly this is the only way for the store to improve.

Absolute terrible customer service. I ordered 2 drinks today, 1 of the 2 came out missing part of customized the drink so i came back to ask for the missing caramel topping and the lady who worked there was absolutely rude. After hearing that she gave me a glare, didnt say anything, grabbed a small paper cup and gave me some tiny sprinkles and just walked away, totally rude. This is not the place where I want to spend a $7 customized coffee and deserve such attitude, starbucks has better customer service than that. If you can treat people well in the customer service field then don’t be in it. BTW my drink tasted nothing like it supposed to me, i was given a bland watery lightly coffee scented instead of a LEGIT coffee, train your barista please
