The customer service is horrendous at this location. It doesn’t take much effort to return a ‘good morning’ greeting. Extremely unfriendly with a bad attitude. I’ll give them 5 stars for being consistent with their unfriendliness.
Love it here. But please consider doing something with those yellow barriers in drive through. I understand their purpose but those will trucks... to avoid the yellow poles, we always clip the curb on left. Not good for the vehicles. Thank you!
Very bad management also rude employees cups dirty and will not remake drink with recipt also I called to explain my situation and the employee Travis Martin was flirting with me before even asking what I was calling for please anyone do not go there they are rude and have no people skills at all. This has happened several times giving the benefit of the doubt I will br contacting corporate to pursue how ugly these people are if u don't like your job quit don't take it out on people because people go through hard times as it is.
Great staff. They tolerated a group of teenagers working on a project for about 5 hours. Great place and service
Fix the dang parking lot before someone SERIOUSLY hurts themselves. Lost my (ridiculous) $7 drink and messed myself all up in that janky thing smh. Inside, the music is too dang loud. Some of us just want to enjoy a coffee and do some work. I shouldn’t be able to listen to crystal clear bad music through noise-cancelling headphones.
Great service and speed (especially drive thru).
My sweety loves the drinks she orders. Line gets a little crazy but everyone seems to do fine. No nonsense..!!!
BEST STARBUCKS EVER!!! The staff is so kind and welcoming. They also know my order when I pull up. I love it!
It used to be one of my favorite Starbucks but know mobile order not working they close lobby need to do something about it
The workers are respectable people, however, this location seems to be out of everything. But greatly on top of being out of everything, I had found an insect of some kind on my chickpea bites and avocado bowl. I know this could have not been there fault as it was packaged, but the vegetables also tasted more stale than the other locations I have got this from. I strongly recommend another location, thanks..
