This was my first time here. The wait in the drive thru was very long. My drink was brought out to me first. By the time i got my food my drink and slushy were watered down. At first i was given the wrong order. The staff were very unorganized. Never apologized for the wait or the wrong order. People have really changed, businesses have changed.
We initially pulled up for someone to take our order on the outside. After waiting for maybe 15 minutes, we were told to use the drive thru. After waiting for another 15 minutes, one of the employees came to the car to ask if we ordered. We told the employee we had not ordered yet. The employee then proceeded to take our order. We then had to wait another 20 minutes just to get the order. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what but the service was terrible.
The drinks were okay and the service sucked. I asked for fresh french fries and waited 20 extra minutes. I knocked on the window and they were like oh, I will drop them now. I drove off. I am seriously reporting this. The behavior of this kind I have experienced with them is not the first. This sonic sucks and mgt and corporate needs to clean house in here.
Only reviewing this location as a request from my 9 year old daughter. She is distraught and in disbelief that she ordered a blue raspberry slushie with NERDs candy and we get home and guess what.... there are no NERDS candy in the slushie. I explained to her that it is alright, sometimes we can make mistakes but noooo she wants it known that you can't mess with her nerds candy. Other than that weve never ever had a bad encounter at this location!
Brown/gray lettuce is no Bueno. I come for drinks and fried stuff still, but would avoid everything that's supposed to be somewhat fresh.
Be careful when using the app. It will let you order but they might not be open at 6am and it will still take your money. Says they open st 6am but they aren't always there on time.
Terrible service. Push the button and waited 15 minutes and no response. Had to go to the drive through and as soon as I gave one order the employee gave me the total and I told her I wasn't done ordering. She seemed bothered by the fact I had wanted more than one item. She continued to have an attitude throughout the rest of the transaction.
My daughter and I ate burgers and fries/ tator tots. I had a sweet tea and she had a slushie. That afternoon/evening she had a fever, vomiting And diarrhea. Their slushies will give you the runs. I don't think their ice machine has ever been cleaned. I looked in her cup once it had melted and the drink had white specs floating everywhere. My daughter got the runs for 3 days.
I'll start off by saying I have worked at Sonic before, and I know it can be a stressful job sometimes. HOWEVER, we came today and got two drinks - a Diet Dr. Pepper and a vanilla regular Dr. Pepper. The first time we received the drinks, the vanilla Dr. Pepper was fine, but the Diet Dr. Pepper also had vanilla. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but the person this drink was going to cannot have the flavor add-ins.We had it remade, and, again, it had vanilla. The third time we pulled out of the drive thru and into a parking spot and had it remade. The third time, it was made as a plain Diet Dr. Pepper, but it was packed with ice with barely any drink. The manager ended up voiding the transaction, so thank you for that, but the girl in the drive thru during our visit had a nasty attitude the whole time. Mistakes happen, but being ugly and passive aggressive toward customers isn't going to make you any happier.
This Sonic is a case study in how to run a truly awful operation. At any given time about half of the drive-in parking order screens are broken. If you order online there is a 75% chance they forget to bring out your order.Every time I've ordered food the buns have been stale. Drinks have arrived multiple times with holes in the styrofoam cup so the drink spills everywhere in my car. They've forgotten to give us straws multiple times and will serve you a drink with syrup/soda all over the sides. The lack of caring makes Enron look like the epitome of customer service. The staff are clearly doing their best - it's management that is obviously unwilling to fix what's broken and provide any leadership. It's been a consistently bad experience for atleast a year now. Corporate really does need to step in and fix whatever is going on at this location.
