Worse fast food place in Pearland. Tried to get. Drinks but they totally blew that order. Tried to call and tell the manager the problem but he did not want to hear about it. Called back get his name and I could hear the employees say give me a false name. Andrei is what they came up with. Worse sonic ever. Take my advice and stay away from Pearland location by home Depot
Honestly, I wish I could give it zero stars. First of all, they take forever when you push the button for ordering. I'm tired of it and I've waited 15 minutes long and as I speak I am STILL waiting for someone to assist me. The previous times I've been here I have also had hair in my food and they had given the wrong orders in the past. I thought I would give this location another chance, but now I know I won't be coming here anymore.
The worst service ever! I ordered my food and verified on the screen and paid for it and the dude gave me half of what I ordered and then I told him he didn’t give me some of the items I ordered and he tried to recharge me for my food that I already paid for and still didn’t give me my food!
0 stars. Came here for shakes for my kids. All had hair filled in them and I mean cut pieces of hair like chin hair all through them. Now this is unacceptable and disgusting. Paying all this money for this quality of food!! Please check your food and shakes
The cheese burger gave my son stomach pain, and diarrhea for few days now. This’s not the first time that happens. We’re afraid to go back.
I had no problem with ordering. The food was brought out in a decent time. I'd like if they'd put a little more chili on the chili dogs.
Excellent shakes the food was good.***UPDATE***Went and sat for 20 minutes possibly more waiting for someone to come out moved spots twice and nobody ever still came out and there was really no more than seven cars total in the parking lot on both sides. Very disappointed and a little aggravating because some of the window drive-ins were broken but yet had nothing saying or indicating that it wasn't working. This crew must be lazy on the shift.

The reason for the three stars is I placed our order online. So when we got there to pick up the order they only had 5 stalls open. The other 2 where for handicap parking. All the other 10 stalls where closed.
