Well went today cause wanted a burger... And well for some reason my burger ? was tooooo salty... I've never had a burger from there like that. Was not impressed ?
We waited 15 mins to order. Then after 45 mins we left without food. Nobody would answer the intercom to explain.
This store needs to add the ability to tip on the app. The other Pearland locations can and these employees deserve it.
I ordered 2 tater tots and 1 fry, they only gave me one of each. I was on my lunch break so time was too limited to go back. Otherwise good was good.
Wife brought cold food home after they got part of the order wrong and had to remake a burger. I had the foot long coney and it was seriously the worst hotdog I've ever eaten. After reheating it I realized there wasn't enough chili to even moisten the bread. Even the tots tasted bad. How do you mess up tots? My youngest son gave a sideways thumb and eventually a thumbs down for the chicken strips. Kids know chicken strips. My older son had the burger and would have preferred any other fast food burger to what he had. 2 stars because my wife said the frito pie wrap "wasnt bad."There's a reason we haven't been eating at Sonic and this trip reinforced our decision not to.
This is the most inconsistent Sonic I’ve e we been to!! They open and close when they want and I’m over it! On more than a few occasions, I have been there during times that I know for sure they should be open and were not.
Love their lemon and cherry lemonade slushes. And enjoyed my burger. If I eat the onions in my burger, there is a peppermint in the bag to help.
Missed putting cheese on 1 of the steak burgers when asked to put on both other than that they were awesome
