My kid love the burger here. A little bit pricey compared to major chain food restaurants.
Smashburger always has delicious food. Their service is fast and efficient. The Silverlake location had a recent makeover and the new design and fixtures look really fresh and clean. Besides the main burger menu, the sides menu is very tasty as well. I especially like the brussel sprouts. They are delicious and I highly recommend them.
just ordered the colorado burger and WOW! soooo good, fresh, and flavorful! the staff was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive! the sweet potato fries are not to be ignored either!! couldn’t recommend more highly :) thanks for a great lunch!!
I like the burgers here but they always seem to get the order wrong. All the food I have tasted from here has been great though.
We had 8 burgers on our order, they said the kitchen was backed up and it would be about 20 minutes. OK. But our burgers came out one at a time and the last one came after we had asked them 4x where it was and everyone else was done eating. Will not return.
The black bean burger was delicious, no soy! I had it all the way... Tasted like my grandmother's hamburger. Thank you, Smashburger
I've always loved the food on Smashburger's menu, but have had some hit-or-miss experiences at various locations regarding service, cleanliness, etc. Today, however, I felt it necessary commend the manager at this location for going above and beyond for me. I had attempted to place a mobile app order, but apparently it didn't go through despite appearances. The manager was very apologetic and made everything right to compensate for the delay. This is someone who truly puts customer service first, something we don't see enough of these days.
Ordered an extra patty on the classic double. They charged me extra for it but still gave me a double cheeseburger.
The manager Donna was awesome not only did she take our order she also made us feel welcomed and the food was amazing
