It has been an old customer for more than ten years and is the best Chinese restaurant in Pearl!
This place has really gone downhill. I used to love this place so much, but they have really changed. Went for lunch one day and ordered fried rice, they gave me brown rice and tried to pass it off as fried. I also ordered a spring roll and then they knowingly served me an egg roll, and I absolutely don’t eat pork. What if I was Muslim? They barely give you any meat or seafood if you order any of those too. Save your money and go somewhere else.
This food is Horrible. The city should shut this place down. I had Gen; Tao chicken and my wife had Egg Foo yung. Both were over cooked, the spring rolls were burnt on the bottom side, both were half empty. The shrimp fried rice had way to much soy sauce in it. Don't eat there, don't waste your money. The food is Nasty
Ordered 2 different types of chicken and both tasted the same, both were bland and didn't taste anything like the food anywhere else I've ate, serving sizes are decent, but the food needs more flavor, all you taste is soy sauce, nothing else.
The customer service was very nice. The food was very bland. They did not season anything, not even with salt and pepper!
This is the WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had! We ordered beef broccoli and sweet & sour pork online. We received no sweet & sour sauce, no silverware, & no condiments. Beef broccoli was very salty! The sweet & sour pork without sauce had zero taste. This place deserves ZERO stars!
This could've been a solid three star neighborhood Chinese option, but several flubs kept them solidly in the two star realm. So, on New Year's night, the lady friend and I decided we wanted Chinese near Pearland. And this came up as an option. We decided to dine in, which like others noted, seems to be a bit of an afterthought compared to to-go. It took a few minutes for the server to visit us between phone orders, but that's ok.Let's talk about the food and our experience. The fried pork potstickers were pretty standard, although both of us noted the sauce was sweeter than average. While I'd probably consider them again, I'd ask for chili oil to balance out the sweetness. She ordered General Tso's chicken, which was the best part of the meal. Pretty much the standard dish that you could get anyplace, but still good. I ordered the orange beef, which I'll get to describe in a moment. Oddly enough, our server brought out orange chicken, which she instantly recognized as a mistake and told us to keep while she went back to the kitchen. We received the orange beef promptly. Both dishes were similar. The orange sauce was surprisingly sweet and lacked any heat -- in fact, the dish didn't have any peppers in it like I've noticed at other places. What I did notice with both the orange beef and chicken were a large amount of bell peppers and onions, which I've never seen with orange beef or chicken, nor did I see in the menu's description. The verdict? It's serviceable strip mall Chinese, but which would benefit from both more spice and better descriptions on the menu.
Came in grab a quick bite. Employee was eating which wasn’t an issue, however when I asked if they were open to dine in, she rolled her eyes. Just left, screw that. CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way regardless of quality of food or location. Never again
