The drive thru is usually VERY long. My last visit took me a minimum 9f 30min before I got to order.
Normally very good. However this time left out one of our Koloaches.
Just left this location, and honestly this was the worst service I’ve ever received at any Shipley’s location in my 24 years of being alive. The menu is upside down and illegible, and has been that way for last last couple of weeks. The clerk was hanging out of the window with no mask (strike 1), but gladly assisted the two cars in front of us. When we pulled up, he immediately began to look frustrated after giving what seemed to be good service to everyone else. When we began to order he was rushing us as we tried to give him our order and figure out what they had available. My SO turned to me to ask me which kind of kolache I wanted, and the guy started tapping very loudly. When my significant other turned to confirm what I wanted the second time (only a few seconds) , the clerk just shut the window and walked away. We waited briefly in disbelief to see if he was standing nearby only to realize we were looking at an empty space, so we just drove off and went to a different location. Do not go here if you are expecting your questions to be answered patiently and don’t go here if you are hoping for good service. It’s a shame because I used to love this location, but staff has recently been very rude, and the upkeep has been lackluster.
They had a wonderful staff on Saturday morning before 7 AM. Called ahead and the staff had 8 dozen donuts ready to go.
Store is clean,1. Customer Service needs work2. Prices are higher than other Shipleys3. Glazed donuts are never hot4. Machine ask for tip, why? Tip to make prices even higher...
Waited in the drive thru over 10 min and after ordering a dozen donuts and waiting for them, we received COLD donuts that were not fresh. So disappointing
Esperanza was extremely rude to my employee in the drive thru on Monday December 20th 2021 at 1:22 pm.She didn't know I was a fellow business because I was in the back seat taking a call.I waited longer than I should have although she was inside filling one order for one other customer. She waited minutes until they left before she even came to the window and didn't speak or address me.She gave me this look like I"What do you want?" instead of Hello, how may I help you.As a business I have designed Shipley Donuts establishments on Highway 6 for franchise owners and have never come across such.I will not be back .
Terrible customer service . Esperanza needs to take some customer service classes. No greeting no talking just very rude and I will not return as long as she’s working here.
I am a huge fan of Shipley Do Nuts and have been largely loyal to the Ella Blvd location but decided to try this one near my neighborhood. The customer service was great and the variety seemed amazing. I had a bag of specialty donut holes. While it is a cool concept, they did not taste all that great fresh wise and did not have enough flavor. Also, the prices are the highest I have ever seen for a Shipley Do Nuts which was really surprising.
Near SCHS, this Shirley's is a well- managed breakfast stop in Pearland / Shadow Creek area. They did a wonderful job with 6 dozen donuts and kolaches (the best boudin kolaches anywhere) Overall - Fast, fresh, friendly and yummy - not much else to anyone could ask for ?!
