This location has always been outstanding. I have used it for 19 years and the people here have always been the best.
Its always better to order early when the donuts are fresh. The cinnamon twist was hard and not very good. They are usually great. Coffee wasnt that great either.

I frequent this Shipley's, visiting at least every other month, but each visit makes me feel like either i don't know how to order through the drive through, or that the order is purposefully incorrect. Only reason we come back is because my kids love it so much, but ordering through the drive through has become a nightmare.
They ran out of glazed donuts but they gave me an extra donut.
This place always has a long line but it is worth the wait. Always fresh and yummy.
Ok...getting pretty costly if you buy for a few people not just one person
There is one employee who consistently under preforms and doesn’t care about shorting customers. She charged me for extra donuts that I didn’t order, and only packed up the items I had ordered. As I was leaving I noticed on the receipt and asked about the extra charge. She responded by saying “Oh, it’s cheaper that way, I was going to give you the other donuts.” It was very obvious that she overcharged me and had no intention of giving me what I had payed for. Than today AFTER packing up my order of three kolaches and three donut holes and three donuts rang me up for three of each. I was home before I realized she had shorted me. As a side note the bread for the kolaches has always been bad at this location (but it has a drive through). The Shipley in Friendswood has much softer bread and better donuts.
Very friendly service. Delicious warm glazed doughnuts and I loved the drive thru!
