The young servers were GREAT! Thank you ladies ? Unfortunately, the maturer female when I requested if the server wearing the mask could continue to serve me, got upset, roll her eyes and walked off. That's okay. What they did not know was I had been in ICU with Delta. Praise God I survived but am not yet 100% back to pre-COVID-19. Numbers are on the rise again and yes we all have our opinions about it. I was merely taking precautions. Irrespective, if I ask for the server with the mask on if she could continue fulfilling my order, why the attitude. I politely asked. You can politely refuse.
this place is really good The only problem is the last time we were in there the girl making the food items was wearing earbuds and she kept asking us what this is a problem only because she obviously is on the phone if I was the owner I would put a stop to it.
The young black female is the worst attempt of customer service I’ve ever seen. She does not smile he attitude is non committal to the customers. The first visit I thought is was a bad day but on my return it’s her.This is at the Pearland Parkway location! Horrible she should stay in the back if she does not want to service your customers!
I placed a order for me and my staff, Jorge who answered the phone was so pleasant. He helped me with ordering over the phone, (after calling multiple locations,with no answer) when I came to pick up my order he was nice, quick and respectful. Thank you Jorge!
I usually love getting my salads from here but after finding multiple pieces of dog or cat hair in my food, I'm done.
First time since the pandemic started and boy did I miss this place? Always awesome!
The salad options are great. It has a clean and light atmosphere. The salads are quite expensive but the food has always been fresh and the multigrain croissants are a delicious bit of buttery goodness.
