Our college-prep program, SIUE Trio Upward Bound Program, from East St. Louis, IL stopped by for a sweet treat at Rollie’s. It’s was 39 of us. When arrived, the staff were ready for us with big smiles of their faces. Very welcoming. Despite our group, they served each and everyone one of us with care. They made sure we were happy with our frozen treat. We hung around for a bit to eat and fellowship with one another. One of the staff took a group picture of us before we said our goodbyes. The custard was amazing as was the staff!! Check them out. You’ll love it!
I went to Rollies today and I like their frozen custard! Unfortunately my review is 2 starts because of their customer service. I got my order taken and then waitited right after me and my kids their was another family with a much bigger order then ours. I guess they knew them or something because they girl that always takes the order was making conversation with them. This whole time they other young lady was in the back just walking around. When she was done taking their order they other girl started working on it and totally skip ours!! The cashier then proceeded to the back to be on her phone!! There was also another young gentleman that's was show walking around doing something with the machine but then walk to the back and started talking to the girl that takes the orders! That's was the worse customer service!
We got the apple pie a la mode and chocolate custard flavors. Both were great! The service is also fantastic!
I was the only one in line for some time and I never got my order taken. One employee was hanging out in the back, and the other was pasting stickers on cups. We ended up just leaving, sadly can’t even say anything on flavors
AMAZING frozen custard! SO delicious! The rocky road sundae is a must try, especially with added brownie pieces!
Tucked away in a strip center, this location makes delicious frozen custards. They have a huge selection of toppings. The staff are friendly and the store is very clean. Enjoy & Bon Appetit! ???
Great family run business that also has a portable trailer that supports local events. I love the Dole Pineapple Whip that reminds of great times at Disney World. Keep up the great service and treats!
I have totally enjoyed their custard on most occasions but the Strawberry Cheesecake just wasn’t a good match for my palate.However, I found the pieces of cheesecake to be a major distraction to the custard itself, which is utterly divine!
Wonderful place. Their facility is super clean, nice staff and OMG the custard! So delicious. Butter Pecan was so good and I also got the Pineapple and Mango Dole Whip. The Mango is my favorite it’s so delicious.
Sweet treats and sweet family. I love that Rollies gives back to the community. And if you are lucky enough to to see Baker’s Trio on the menu, grab a pint. It’s delicious!!
