I went in to collect my free meal w the purchase of a meal ? Very nice young lady who took my order. I believe she was in training but she was very courteous and nice. Food was GR8 as ALWAYS ????
I gave two stars because I love this Canes however my last visit was terrible. I got two box combos and they were burnt. The chicken had no flavor due to hem being burnt and the fries had a bitter taste due to being burnt as well.
i'll recomend this place as a good stuff for lunch
Every Raising Cane's Franchise in different states I have visited have the most outstanding customer service. This review is long overdue. Raising Cane's staff representative are always upbeat, friendly, and energetic. You can hear the great customer service skills in their voice when they ask, "Chicken Chicken what you picking"? or " Want some chicken today"? My expectations are always met at this location and shout out to their staff for the amazing service they give every time!!!! All 5 starts this way! Oh and by the way, my order is always correct as well as great chicken and great sauce!!

I used their app to order ahead to save time during pickup. My pickup time was scheduled for 6:00 p.m. We waited 20 minutes. Total of 40 minutes after we placed online order. When asked what was taking so long, the guy said, I don't know, it just takes a long time. Meanwhile orders going out for drive thru just fine. Won't be using online ordering again!
Chicken strips were small and tasted pretty bland. You have to eat it with the sauce to make it somewhat good, which they give you very little of and charge more for extra. The Texas toast is not bad though and the portions of fries is decent.I think the place is pretty overrated given the reputation however.
Ordered my food after sitting in the drive thru forever, get to the window to get my food, and was told to pull into a parking spot and wait. I had no problem with that, but that wait turned into 30 minutes. Finally I get out and go inside, go up to the counter to check on my order and couldn’t get any real help between the kids avoiding me or just playing around. Finally one girl picks up a bag and starts yelling to everyone “who’s order is this”, when I see that it was mine. My order that I was told to pull forward and wait 30 minutes for had just been sitting on the counter the entire time. I got it from her, and told her I had been waiting 30 minutes outside for it. I was given no apology, or any form of decent customer service. There are way too many employees playing around and yelling in this place, with no management to be seen. Will no come back.
The chicken strips are not strips but chicken nuggets. I understand there is times where your at the last box of chicken and you prep what you got but my God. Two times in a row is enough that I had to leave a review. Plus, parking or even the drive thru is a mess to figure out at lunch time. Can't go in one direction because it's a one-way and cones are blocking entrance. Not Cool
Raising Cane's is always a consistent choice for us, and I appreciate that they are open until midnight. I've never been blown away by the food, but it's never bad either. Service is quick even when the site is busy. I'd recommend when your craving fried chicken after a night out.
