This evening Cinco de Mayo I pulled in to the Popeyes in Shadow Creek at 9 o’clock they told me they didn’t have any tenders because they were closing the Internet says they close at 10 I hope the manager loses her job
I ordered a combo and my chicken was not fully cooked. I took it back and the manager said they would recook my meal. I waited 20 minutes and he never came back to my car.
Horrible service. Always short of staff. Dinning closed. Drive through slow and takes forever. Will never come back for sure.
I have never had an issue with the Popeyes off Broadway however the last two times have been horrible. Both times I ordered the 8 piece meal and I received half of the order of chicken mini wings, no meat and no larger than 2 to 3 inches. Also the mashed potatoes was not filled up to the top of the container. Prices have gone up but Popeyes has gone down on size of the chicken. Not worth the time and money. Check your chicken before you leave to get apporiate size of piece of chicken.
This Popeyes is ALWAYS hit or miss!!! I never go expecting much. Food may or may not be fresh, customer service may or may not be good. Set low expectations if you decide to go here.
Waited in line for 26 minutes for a large fry and a red beans and rice. Several cars more fortunate than myself were able to back out and drive away. The French fries were ice cold as if straight out of the freezer. The staff is lazy.
Went on a Tuesday, so of course they were busy. I went through the drive thru and was out in 7 minutes. The chicken was fresh and hot and yummy!
I stopped by just to get 3 pieces of chicken... NO meal... I was going 2 B charged for each piece individually since they only offer it in a combo... That didn't work for me so I just got nuggets instead. They weren't hot and fresh like I thought they'd be. I thought the nuggets were cooked upon ordering. They weren't bad... I just expected HOT food. Customer Service was good though.
This suppose to be popcorn shrimp I thought they was gone be better because the area but literally they don’t care neither even messed up my order had to Get back in line just to get this hard chicken crumbs
All of the Popeyes locations and this location included is the most unprofessional place of business. They don’t answer the phone at all.Then if the phone continues to ring they will hang it up. I’m not sure what type of customer service training is being provided by corporate but it’s not working. I’ve even call corporate to speak with customer relations and the number doesn’t work. So that tells the whole story.
