Not going to lie, the chicken was great last night. It made me have hope for fast food, since lately we’ve seen an increase in everything. Not greasy, and super fast. Crispy chicken, the sides was good. I wish the biscuits were more fluffy .Drive Thru experience

Ordered the special for $24.99 and shorted two pieces of chicken. My issue is they will not answer the phone when I've call 5+ times. What an inconvenience for a family of 5. Poor customer service.

The biscuit was as hard as hockey puck. Everything else was okay. I ordered chicken strips and fries. However, the child that I ordered it for wouldn't eat it. I ended up feeding it to the Bichon Frise.

I ordered online through the Popeyes app. Food was great on a busy Sunday afternoon. Some beverages were not available at the dispenser. Ask for condiments if you need them. Long SUVs and trucks, please be careful while driving into the drive-thru. You would rather park and go in to get your food than blocking the entry lanes or making sharp curved turns to be in line.

This place is getting worse with time, I know the management doesn't care. Was told it was going to take 15 minutes for the order to be ready, nothing big just a 11 piece meal. Actually had to wait for 25 minutes for them to kill the chicken. Get home and not only did the workers don't know how to count to 11, they shorted me 3 pieces, and they got the rest of my order wrong. None of the sides were correct. I tried to call to the store twice and no one picked up the phone, it kept ringing.

This is by far the worst Popeyes location I've been to. The “customer service” is terrible for one. Everyone is rude. I asked for two kids nuggets the woman I spoke to was rushing my order and when I got to the window to make sure they had my order right it was incorrect. I asked the guy taking my money for another one and then some woman tells me “oh we don't add orders at the window” then she proceeded to talk to another lady and that lady stated “ tell them we ran out”. Not to mention my card being dropped on the ground…never again. Hire new management ..employees

They don't know dark from white chicken. Always check when they hand your order before leaving. They can't get a simple order right. This isn't calculus. Its as easy as literally dark or white chicken.

I would give them a negative rating, if I could. I came here a month ago and ordered in the drive through. I was asked to wait for my food in the front and they would bring it out. Waited for 20 min and the guy comes out stating they were out of white meat chicken. Then, today, I go inside to avoid the car line, stood at the counter for 5 min, never being acknowledged, then asked for service and the lady stated they were busy. We left. I am bo going to beg anyone to take my hard earned money, ever. If you were truly that busy, the appropriate thing to do would be to acknowledge your customer as they enter and let them know that you are running behind. New management needed. ASAP.
