While on a break from dashing, I went to the drive-thru and I ordered what they suggested the buffalo ranch sandwich. I also got a side of mashed potatoes and a Dr pepper which I ate and drank first. After I finished the soda I went to add more with my hot bottle of soda from my car and found a hair INSIDE MY DRINK. I was not happy decided to come back when I was dashing the next day. They would not give me a refund and they only offered to give me back the sandwich. I did not want anything not made in front of me from the restaurant so I just asked for Frys and to make my own drink. I am not satisfied with this Popeyes and it is disgusting. I feel horrible after eating this.
Shout out to the 3146 Broadway store in Pearland! They were able to fulfill a 100 piece order on short notice and saved our party! I previously placed an order with Kroger who cancelled on me at the last minute and I was scrambling to find food for our graduation party. Popeye's had the order ready when promised, the chicken was hot, fresh, and boxed up to go when I walked in. The staff, including Janera, and all the others were very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. We had so many compliments on how wonderful the chicken tasted! If you want GREAT tasting chicken served by a GREAT crew stop at this location. We're customers for life :)

This place doesn’t give you all the chicken you order and replaces breasts with thighs. When you take the food back they put it back under the warmer to re sell it to other customers.
If you're going to run out of chicken wings put a sign out front I don't really enjoy having to wait in line to find out at the speaker that you don't have wings and then wait in line just to get out of the place

Got into an Awkward dispute with a manager about sauces. Sign posted in drive through stated 2 sauce (Max) per person; I ordered 3 large meals for 3 people in my car, so I assumed 2x3=6, definitely thought I was going to get 6 sauces. As I paid and got my food, we noticed there was no sauces. I asked them for sauce for all the tenders and nuggets we just ordered and we received 2; Asked the manager for more sauces and got told 2 sauce per person. I tried to explain the situation and was told there was nothing they could do other than give me ketchup if I'd like. I didn't think 2 sauces per meal was going to be an issue and now this has progressed to an awkward situation. So I left to avoid causing any more of a scene, though the food was delicious and we all enjoyed our meals, we were pretty upset and are discouraged from returning because of the pettiness that occured over sauce....

Great fried chicken. The chicken sandwich is big and juicy and so good sometimes you have to wait for it! This store has nice wait staff. Good location.
