good food & coffee options. id kindly ask that workers be understanding of new people on their team tho. an older guy who was working cashier was very nice, though did not seem to know too much or was new. either way, he got my order wrong which was okay, it was fixed. but the female staff was talking bad about him essentially almost in front of him, and he looked really sad. it was like a clique and he was left out with no one talking to him. i understand when someone is new it’s hard since they’re still learning but it made me uncomfortable to hear them make fun of him, it’s not professional. so please, show workers empathy towards each other and put yourself in his shoes! i don’t remember his name but this establishment would be five stars if a team could be supportive of each other :)
Vibe- Indoor and outdoor seating, they even have a few magazines and games to play while you dine inCustomer service- Great!Food/drinks- I love their matcha latte. The baristas also feature their drinks on a board near the registerParking- Plenty!I love supporting this small business! ?
First time getting a coffee from PJ's Coffee I was a little confused about what comes in their coffee as well the ingredients first off when I walked in the young lady give me one second, I begin to ask a question about coffee and I asked her what comes in the coffee are with the coffee and she said what do you mean. Customer service was very rude after I did however order my coffee my coffee had a lot of grain cream in it I gratefully returned my coffee for a full refund will not ever return here you know sometime people are often treated better based on their appearance as to whether are not they have a scarf on their head are it could be the person that ethnicity always remember the customer has the purchasing power
Coffee was good beignets where off they where kinda glazed nothing like the ones I had in New Orleans
Update March 2022: Happy to see the place booming with in-store, takeout and curbside. WiFi was a nice high speed even with quite a few customers. Coffee still great as is the staff.Great Pearland outpost of the NOLA coffee house with comfortable ambience for a strip center. Owner is on-site and super friendly. She knows her Keto and will help you stay on plan (read no cookies or muffins). I like this place because the music isn't blasting so one can still make calls without the disturbance. Only suggestion is to add outlets by the bench seating. The living room setup has modern plugs with direct USBs. Oh, internet is speedy. Clocked it multiple times around 70. Nice!
Friendly staff, best hot chocolate, convenient location.
Staff is very nice, cozy atmosphere for studying or getting things done although it has an amazing new Orleans theme vibe (as the name suggest) . I went blindly and chose The caramel granita which was deliciously cold! Just beware, it is very sugary for those who may not like as much sugar (like. Me) but definitely a treat once I had it! Would definitely recommend! They also have kings cake during Mardi Gras season!
Drinks were good but food was horrible! My croissant was burnt on the ends and I ordered a bacon sandwich and they only gave me half of one strip! And why would you make an employee work on their birthday? Poor girl.
Quality service and coffee. I'll pass by several popular coffee stores to get coffee from PJ's. Favorite is the Velvet protein vanilla frozen coffee shake. ?
This place is a little gem! This is my first time in and the staff is wonderful! I had no idea what to order. The barista asked me what type of coffee I liked and made a wonderful suggestion. The atmosphere is soothing but also allowed me to get some computer work completed. They also have a drive-thru. I will definitely be back again.
