Evenly disperse the toppings and slice sizes. I had some pieces that had literally no topping at all and some pieces that were twice as big as other slices. The delivery time seemed excessively long for the time of day and even then, the delivery was late. I also dislike how the app does not tell you the estimated time of delivery prior to confirming the order and processing payment. And, when I attempted to call to change my order to carry out no one even answered the phone.

I wish I could give zero stars. My family and I waited almost 2 hours for our food only to receive a cold hard pizzas that’s was worse than a Red Baron frozen pizza. This is not the first problem we’ve had but by far the worst. I called and asked for a refund or another pizza and I was told that my order would be remade and sent out. Well it’s the next day and still no remade order. My family was hungry and angry. The worse part is it left a tip for the driver. My family and I ended up eating somewhere else. This completely unacceptable! So be careful before you order from this location.

I had to replace sweet tea with Dr pepper. Delivery takes for ever. The store NEVER answer the phone. Pizzas arrive usually Luke warm. I love pizza hut and am a loyal customer for years. But I am stuck with this particular store for delivery... And for carry out, customer service is deplorable.

The staff at this location always has my order ready when i arrive. They never have ran late with my order. Yes, there is one cashier that needs to work on their customer service skills. However, they get the job done so i will recommend this location and i will keep going to this one.

The wings were hot but the pizza was cold--I knew something seemed strange with the fast turnaround time on placing the order and it being ready for delivery in less than 20 mins.

Upon arrival order was not ready as the app stated. Had to wait an additional 10 mins for remainder of the order. Understand that workers are still slim, next time just ensure entire order is prepared before the app is updated.

The service was horrible last night. I ordered delivery and ended up picking up my pizza because it was never delivered. I tried calling before headed to pick up my pizza to see what was the delay and my call was never answered. When I arrived my order was sitting on a shelf and the staff attempted to give it to me cold. I asked them to make me fresh food and they did but overall the staff was very careless and unapologetic to the service they were giving me. They expressed no empathy at all after explaining to them that I had not received my order and my calls were not being answered. I may never order from pizza hut again after the service I received last night.

Delivery driver would not deliver my order, after I placed my order online in advance. I tried to call and get a refund and the line was busy for an hour. Terrible experience that ended up in my daughter’s entire class (4-6 year olds) being hungry and eating lunch 1 hour late. Terrible experience and the driver and Pizza Hut store were not accommodating at all. Huge inconvenience and no one seems to care within the Pizza Hut corporation.

Ordered a pizza on Sunday for carry out. The website was offering curbside pickup so it sounded perfect. The order was scheduled for 10-20 minutes for pick up. I arrived about 3 minutes ahead of time. When I got there I noticed a young lady sitting on the bench in front of the store on her cell phone. The email said to call the store to let them know when you arrive for your pick up. I called twice and no one answered. Another car pulled up and was waiting as well for pickup. I called once more and a man answered and said one moment. The phone went back to ringing. I assumed the girl on her phone in front of the store was waiting for her order too? I gave them the benefit of the doubt in case they were busy or running behind? Finally I see the girl on her phone get off her phone and go into the store. She comes out with an order and proceeded to the other vehicle that had been waiting. But it’s not her ride! Turns out the whole time I was waiting outside for my order, the girl on the phone worked there. She finally brought me my order after a series of questions for confirmation. The online website tells you to list your vehicle description as well as name! It was not a nice experience! My pizza was cold and I wish I had not gave a tip with my order because it was not earned or deserved. I didn’t even receive an apology. Poor customer service and highly disappointing. I do not recommend this location

Faster delivery. It took the driver 45 minutes from the time he left the store. Pizza was warm not hot
