If there were only one reason I was dissatisfied, I wouldn't even bother to say anything but there were so many areas that needed improvement. first of all, I received a call from the person who was preparing my order about 5 minuets after I placed my order stating that there were no bananas peppers available and if I'd I like to replace it with another topping. I didn't have an issue with that. I appreciated the call. My order was supposed to be curbside delivery. After waiting about 40 minutes, (well beyond the app stating that my order was ready) I had to go inside the restaurant to retrieve my order because I was clearly forgotten about. I opened the box and the pizza was obviously cold. It was my birthday so I used a coupon code sent to me by Pizza Hut to get an order of free cinnamon sticks. When I opened the box that wan cold also. Not only was it cold, the coloration indicated it had not been cooked long enough or the temperature was incorrect. After one bite I threw it in the trash because it tasted like undercooked dough. So did the pizza. I had to cook the pizza longer in order for my kids to eat it. To say the least, I was highly dissatisfied.
Delivery guy was nice but I called and asked for my cheese sticks to not be overcooked and it was. The cheese was burnt. It also was not a freshly made order of cheese sticks.
The lady who originally took my order was really nice so no complaints there, it was supposed to take 15 mins but ended up taking way longer, which I don’t care she said something happened in the back so it delayed everyone’s food, cool. What made me mad is another employee (who seemed like a manager) came out with this man’s order who ordered AFTER me and gave him a free drink for the wait and when my food FINALLY came I got nothing. You can’t pick and choose especially if I waited longer, I don’t care about the soda itself (I hate Pepsi anyway) I’m more upset about the professionalism and blatant disrespect, you have a lobby of ppl who waited longer and didn’t acknowledge us but acknowledge that ONE customer. I’m giving a 2 star and not a 1 because the original worker was nice but the other lady needs better training on professionalism, do better.
they forget to sauce, Pizza was very dry.paid for super supreme and it was trouble , never again will I order a pizza from this location.
I came in last night (12/18/21) and they were super busy. The woman at the front was so kind despite being overloaded with customers and things to do. This is by far my favorite location. I have never had a bad experience with any orders. Definitely 5 stars!
My order was canceled with no notification on 12/24. It took us forever to figure that out. We ended up fixing dinner and eating at 10pm.
Good serving size for its price range. Unlike some burger joint which cut back the serving while increasing price
I ordered cheese sticks for my birthday. Though i know it was 1.07 because it was a free item. It was cold and hard. I ordered on the app while sitting in the parking lot, and walked in to pay shortly after. The order was ready in 15 minutes but cold and hard when i got it...likely old and not freshly prepared. Awful!
Pizza took an hour and a half to arrive and was cold and soggy. 2 liter drink was also left off the order. I called store and had a difficult time communicating with the person who answered. In the end, they did send us two 2 liters but it was not a great experience.
We received a text that our pizza was out for delivery at 7:42. Pizza and wings arrived an hour later. Food was not fresh or hot. I live 5 minutes from store. Drivers should not stack so many deliveries in one trip.
