DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! i ordered at 6:09 on the app got an email of wait time est to be 25-35 mins, ok nothing came called for 10mins straight no answer, got a text stating door dash will be delivering my order tried numerous times to cancel order NO ONE Answers the phone even called surrounding pizza huts for a direct manager number but no help, an hour later door dash delivered cold pizzas like they were straight from my refrigerator. I contacted main office to make a report and until someone calls me back regarding this matter i will be leaving a bad review everyday and calling everyday to report this store
This place deserves 0 stars. Please. If you can choose another location it is worth it. First review I've ever put on Google. Its that bad. 3+ hour delivery time. Had to drive there to cancel due to not answering phone. Got completely ignore, staff and manager refused to talk to me even when I stood right infront of them asking them to cancel it. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I've had bad experiences, this was different, this was complete disrespect and by far the most anti customer attitude I've ever seen. I beg you. There are other pizza huts that can deliver. Use them instead. You'll thank me.Sorry forgot to mention. I was being cussed at under the breath of the employee there. Racist comments were said. I cant stress enough how bad this place is.
I had ordered my meal at 6:45pm, and hadn't heard an update for over an hour. I ended up calling to check on the status, to which I was informed was just going into the oven. I also had been told that the delay was related to them being short staffed, which seems to be the main cause to the issue. After another 30 minutes my order was delivered by an extremely apologetic driver that made sure everything was okay. The food was perfectly warm and the quality was top notch. I hope they staff up soon. If you know anyone looking for a job, please send them here.#savepizzahut
trash, ordered, they tried to call us and we missed there call, called immediately back, and they put us on hold for 30 minutes, then when we finally go tthrough to them they said our order was cancelled, they resubmitted our order as a pay on delivery, when we had already paid. when the order got here, tried to give them our card over the phone, they said declined, tried another card, declined, even though we had money on the card. when we mentioned the previous problems they got a attitude and left, so now, 4 hours later, we still have no pizza, and have to call the bank to unlock our card that they tried to hit 4 times, absolutely horrible, wouldnt recommend anyone put themselves through this experience.
The amount of toppings have always been great at this location. This time it was not. I have always bragged to my wife about this location. Last night I had to eat my words.
Pizza was hot, well made and tasty. Items were correct and good value.
RUDEEE!!! i ordered a delivery pizza here. my delivery time was ONE hour. after a hour i called because the app said it was still in the oven. the person answered and had nothing to say except he didnt have drivers. i told him they should better update the timing because i have work and wouldnt have placed it if i knew it’d take 2 hours. after 30 more minutes my order was canceled WHICH I DIDNT TELL HIM TO. and finally he answered after ignoring the calls. he made more excused that he was busy. i asked for a manger apparently i was speaking to him the whole time. after 2 hours he didnt offer to do ANYTHING for me and lied and said no one answered the door when NO one came to my door. i have a ring doorbell. so this “MANAGER” (which i didnt get a name because he hung up on me) LIED and only think i can think of is HE canceled my order!!!!!! im BEYOND mad and WILL NEVER order from this location again!!!!!!!
Pizza was out for delivery for 57 mins. When it arrived it was cold and soggy. The wings were boneless and bone in mixed. The driver for the drinks and had to go back a get them. I will never order from this location again!!! I tried calling and never got anyone to answer. I tried 5 times even selecting every option available. Worst ever!!!
The sauce was very sour and the crust was VERYYYY THIN and dry. There were barley any topping for a 3 topping option. Overall BAD quality pizza!
The delivery time was excellent.. However the pizza topping was not the greatest.. very little on top of the pizza.
