Do not waste your money here. With an exception to a team member named Kyle, the staff is horrible. Especially the clueless girls answering the phones. The delivery drivers are rude too. Avoid!
We have enjoyed this location multiple times over the years and enjoyed exceptional experiences, however, our most recent visit was well below par. We were informed that "wing Wednesday" was no longer in effect (despite being on their website) due to a change in supplier. We were also met with a $2 up charge to have extra cheese as one of our toppings on a 3 topping pizza. This has never been our experience, nor is it in place at other pizza joints. What toppings we did get were extremely sparse, as if we asked for "light toppings" for everything. Lastly, the quality of ingredients has notably dropped. I believe we will forego visiting this location in the future and no longer recommend this Pizza Hut to others, unfortunately.
Timia had great customer service. Such a sweet heart. She went out of her way to review ny order, repeat it back and make sure it was correct. Thank you for great customer service with a great attitude to help.
The waitress was friendly,wore a mask,attentive and kept checking on us.Also the restaurant was clean and well lite. When we were done she invited us back. Great customer service ?
Staff was be pleasant, quick to greet everyone, not just some of the customers. I smile could be heard in her voice behind the mask. Thank you for wearing masks for yourselves, your family, your employers, your customers and their families. Plus, the pizza was extremely delicious!!!
Good pizza, fresh ingredients. Pizza was ready when promised. You could bring back the Peruvian Cherry peppers as a topping though,those were good.
Jesse went above and beyond. It was busy tonight cause of the Astros. Our order was taking a bit longer than wanted, so she went ahead and took care of it. Great customer service will love to come again
