Not much of a fan of trying different peoples pho because usually some don’t know how to make good pho. Would definitely recommend this place if you are not wanting to drive to Bellaire for others pho.
I have been here a handful of times and their pho is delicious and I've never had any poor customer service until today. During my previous visits I never encountered this man I presume to be the acting supervisor or manager. This man is stalky in build, average height, looks like Majin but with hair.I placed an order to go and he looked at me as a nuisance and pushed me off to his younger employee (who always gives excellent service). I changed my mind and opted to eat inside to enjoy my food as I constructed this review. He gave and annoyed look and relayed the message.Moments later, he walks through the restaurant to greet patrons...all except me (the only black person). To say the least I will not be returning and I advise other black people in pearland to not visit this racist establishment either.
Ordered 2 vegetarian egg rolls. The actual egg rolls look nothing like the picture on website and they were awful. The inside of the egg roll was mushy like an old banana. It gets worse, there was a gnat in my dipping sauce. I returned it to the server and multiple times the server tried to deny it and not give me another, saying there was no gnat in it. Finally, I received another sauce. I will never ever visit this restaurant again and giving you the heads up not to visit a first time and be disappointed as I was. Try at your own risk, I'm just sharing my experience. Thanks!
Came here for the first time on a Friday lunch. Food was delicious and served very quickly. We enjoyed the beef pho and sliced pork rice plated. Restaurant was very clean and organized. We’ll be back again.
Horrible costumer service, cashier wants to charge for condiments…Stay away from this one, my food was missing peanut sauce and hot sauce. When I asked they told me it’s extra….
It was OK. Good service, nice people. Bahn mi and spring rolls were acceptable. Watery peanut sauce is always a bummer though. I'll have to come back and see if the Pho is good because I didn't get it this time, but hear good things.
The food is very good at this place but customer service not so much. From the minute we walked in someone just pointed to a table we should go to. Then some guy came to take the order, didn't say a word and after that other than someone else bringing us food nobody came by to see if we need refills, etc. With that said the food was good but this was my first time dining in. Previously all my visits were to go.
Staff was rude and I felt rushed through the entire meal. Our server cut-off my wife while she was simply asking for the children's bowl to not have "greens" to say that it didn't come with vegetables like we were supposed to know that already. The prices on everything had been raised which I understand because of the current state of inflation, but the sizes and quality did not grow or maintain the same. We order Vietnamese eggrolls and they were skimpy at best. The lettuce it came with was completely white and small like we got the scraps. The eggrolls were chewie and barely had a crisp to them. When I mentioned it to our server he just looked at me and didn't say anything before walking away. This was not our first time here and we have actually been coming here since it opened after frequently visiting the one in Midtown area. We were extremely excited that this one had opened but after visiting today I don't know if we will be returning.
I would have given a happy 4 stars if I wasn’t forced to leave due to the OVERWHELMING smell of mop cleaner well before closing time(your supposed to water that down and it’s rude and a HUGE liability to mop with guests still present especially with no wet floor signs out. 4 stars and not 5 because It felt like they were skimpy on the meat in round eye steak pho. Not sure if we will be back.
The staff was so rude when I was there with my mom. They got the order wrong and then argued with her. Not to mention, the waiter was so unhelpful. Like, if you don't like your job don't take it out on us. The Pho Saigon in Katy is better.
