As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Michael if I remember correctly (or his name started with an M) but he was a young man with a great smile. Super friendly and helped correct any confusion with my online order. Had a great attitude with everyone who walked in, I don’t normally write reviews- but it’s rare to find someone with a great attitude in customer service recently.
I walked in the lady just looked and went towards the back. I wanted to see how many times she would do this before acknowledging me. She walked a total of 5x back and forth and never said word to me. She didn’t even tell anybody I was at the counter. It took 8 min 32 seconds before another lady in the back came up front to acknowledge me. She didn’t even know I was up there because they other lady never told her. Customer service gets a negative for me.
I went to the drive by window no help. The girl in the front went to the restroom which is completely understandable. My problem is the man who make the pizza heard the noise that someone was at the window. I literally had to go park come inside and guess what he looked at me still ignored me. The girl came out of the bathroom very kind apologetic and attentive she was awesome. Not being able to speak English and can't work the register as a poor excuse to come out say hello and one minute to me. Acknowledge the customer whether it's your job or not. Don't just stare at me because it's not your job. Cover your coworker if she has to run to the potty. Even if she didnt....still be friendly.I read other reviews with similar drive thru complaintsAlso my ticket says light sauce my pizza was gushing with sauce. I spent so much time trying to remove some of it so I could eat my pizza. I did not enjoy it at all. It says it in red letters on the print out. I don't live out this way just driving through so I don't have time to drive back complain wait 20 minutes for him to remake it. Make it right the first time. I love pepperoni in houston but the pearland location needs some work with the guy in the back.Guess when I'm in pearland I have to go to MODS where it's made right and coworkers step up to help when needed.
I will not come here again until they stop working with Grubhub!I ordered via phone for a pickup order, was transferred to someone that could hardly speak English, it took a long time to get my order in correctly, and they required prepayment over the phone.I was sent a text message for arrival time and arrived just after the window given only to find out the restaurant had not even received my order from Grubhub yet.All the employee asked me was we didn’t receive your order… would you like to order again?Stick with Brooklyn Pizza down the road!
The pizza is great. It reminds me of New York style pizza. My personal favorites are the pepperoni and the Margherita pizza. The cashiers and staff are very friendly and helpful.
The pizza was okay. I've had better pizza for the same price.
I enjoyed an excellent pizza.Staff takes your safety seriously as they prepare your order.Lots of people call ahead to enjoy the meal at home.
Awesome place to visit. Very clean environment
Ordered our meals to go easily. Meat lasagna's with extra alfredo sauce, tiramisu and chocolate cake. Absolutely delicious food and fabulous service! The tiramisu was more than twice the size pictured! Great prices, the garlic bread comes with the lasagna.
