Counter help was very courteous and helpful. Food was tasty as always. HOWEVER, the woman in the prep area with a blueish shirt (manager?) was watching movies or internet videos with people screaming etc, when not making food and it was louder than the ambient music in the dining room. Very distracting and unpleasant. Hopefully she will be educated or not here if we come again.

Don’t bother coming here. Placed a to go order for the orange chicken entree, and got home to find there were only a 3 very small pieces of chicken. Really?… $13 for a a few small pieces of chicken and some white rice. Not worth it.
The place looks closed, I was the only customer at prime lunch time. I got the new firecracker chicken and it was disappointing. The sauce itself was good and but the “chicken” I was provided was mostly just fried pieces of batter with no meat in it. I hope they get things turned around.
Horrible food. Orange chicken was tasteless. The manager, Nick, when contacted did not care to offer an apology. Don’t go here.
Food is horrible waste of money will never come back. And I will tell everyone to go eat somewhere else. Again waste of money.

Been going to pearland location for a few years now because its convenient and close to home for a quick bite. It's ALWAYS filthy! Your shoes stick to the floor, dirty counters and tables, seat cushions always dirty and most even torn. We have spoken to the manager a couple of times, but unfortunately, no changes to improve cleanliness have been made.
Today I took my family for a bite at Pei Wei. The food was as good as always, but to my surprise Nick, the manager, made our experience 10 times more enjoyable. He was a true professional and made sure we had everything we needed and more. He was genuinely interested in making sure our guest experience was nothing short of pleasant. Food was good, his service was EXCELLENT.I hardly leave reviews, his ability to go above and beyond made me WANT to leave a review. I’ll be back for sure.
