Im only rating this place two stars because the pizza was not horrendous. I went with some friends to order pizza in person and when I went in there I was shocked at how disgusting the floors were of this place and how it wasn’t clean. There were bugs crawling everywhere and as you can see in the pictures, every little black dot on the floor is a bug, they were just crawling all over the place. The pizza itself was fine, it was a normal large pepperoni and it taste pretty normal, nothing to judge, it could have been a bit better but not an issue. The location on the other hand could use a fumigator every now and then.
Terrible place I ordered 2 long pizzas, 1 soda of 2 liters in total they were 35 dollars and they did not have change for 100, according to them and another person arrives and they change a 100 bill
She hung up on my face 4 times and when i tried to tell her the pizza is cold and is slipping off an box.. As u can c on the picture .. She claimed i ordered it wrong .. 4 time she hung up on my face .. And when i asked for her name ahe said deez nuts
Disgusting customer service. Delivered the wrong pizza. Refused to deliver a replacement. Refused to issue a refund. Would only offer a store credit which must be used within 2 weeks. Zero apology regarding their error. Literally ruined our night dealing with this place. Would not recommend.
Ordered dinner from Papa John’s - 2 large pizzas and 2 orders of 8 chicken wings. These are the wings that we got. I’m so disappointed. Other competitors’ chicken wings are 100% bigger and better than these. #PapaJohns #chickenwings #dissapointment #pitiful #theycandobetter

Ordered 3 different pizzas. $65.00Sorry I just don’t get it.... a half a handful of more toppings would turn a skimpy pizza into a fabulous pizza that would be remembered better than the poor one. What are we talking about here... .50 cents, .75 cents extra of toppings?Management.....Think about what you would like to have delivered to you.
I ordered and never received my Pizza. I went to the store with my online receipt and was told my order never existed. I contacted the online customer support and only got a message to (contact the individual store). The manager (I assume) of this store was extremely rude and never offered any helpful suggestions even with my receipt. She even went as far as to tell me the store has no responsibility for the online order. Further more I've waited four days for the Franchisor (Papa John's corporate ) to contact me. I have ordered from the store for the past year or more and never have I been treated so rudely and callously. Customers should be treated with respect and staff should be helpful not hateful.
Love the supreme pizza, only thing didn't like about it was spending $18 just for a really small pizza for one person and a 2 liter drink. Could of bought me a bigger pizza for almost the same price.
A joke. I ordered just a cookie and I waited 20min to go pick it up. Then when I got there they told me it hasn’t even been made yet and to wait 15min. It’s now been 30min since then and I’m still waiting. Also the employees are being extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. One man flipped another guys hats off his head and it landed on someone’s pizza and they just kept making the same pizza. It was gross. And another employee accidentally spit and an employee and they laughed and made a comment about spit on the pizza. Gross and slow
