Ordered pizza and ALLLLL the garlic dipping sauce. Through Door Dash. No dipping sauce. Pizza is undercooked and tasteless. Called to try and get a refund for dipping sauce. Nope ‘sorry, third party’ and was pretty much hung up on after that. Seriously. Absolutely not worth the money. Tostito’s Pizza would have been better than this.Door Dasher was absolutely amazing though.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY ONLINE! THIS HAS HAPPENED MULIPLE TIMES TO MEOnly after ordering your pizza will they tell you it's going to take two hours to deliver. If you call and asked that they change to pick up, they say "ok, you can come now it's already in the oven". How do you start a pizza that won't be delivered for two hours immediately when it's ordered? If you ask that the service delivery charge and tip be removed because you are picking it up now, they claim it's automatically removed. IT IS NOT! BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS FRANCHISE!

This location is terrible waited over 2 hours for a simple pizza driver was too lazy to actually look for the apartment number returned to the store and did other orders talked to marcus the so called manger said was gonna remake to have it resent and they delivered the first pizza called back and he’s getting mad at us because of there lack of communication and lack of employees bottom line this store is terrible I’m contacting corporate tomorrow morning if there’s nobody working there then WHY ARE THE OPEN !!!!
On 11/18 I ordered from this location. I received a call from the store asking where I am. I was sitting on my couch and no one came to the door. The actual driver called after arriving to my apartment and REFUSED to bring the order to my door. This is the second time this driver has done this. I’ve had no issues with other drivers or other delivery services. He told me I can pick it up from the store or get a refund.I called the store and spoke with an on-site manager, a female that I forgot her name. She called the driver and apparently refused her and was sent home. I was told I would be refunded and a new order sent. The new order was sent but my refund is nowhere.Absolutely unacceptable
if I could give negative stars, I would. placed an order at 6pm, called about an hour later to check on it. at first no one could even find my order, after being switched to the manager, I was promptly tore into because it had only been 48mins, (my most sincere apologies papa johns), not an hour since i placed an order. I was assured that my 2 pizzas would be on the next car out. another hour goes by and nothing. thats 2 hours for 2 pizzas folks. called at 6pm, nothing still by 8pm, so i ended up canceling the order all together. 2 hours....My go to place, Marcos Pizza, was out of power, and honestly probably was up and going before papa stooge even tossed my junk in the oven. look, I understand ordering food at peak rushes....but 2 hours? I'll be be sticking with Marcos from here on out.
Had the worst experience of my entire life at this place, 3405 E. Broadway. The “general manager “ of this location apparently did not read Papa Johns core values. He completely lacks in customer service and integrity. I called this store on September 11, 2021, 3:30ish, to discuss a problem with my order. Instead of hearing the customer out, the “general manager “ became defensive, interrupting me, condescending, just plain rude. I was astonished at the type of treatment I was experiencing. We have patronized this location for over 20 years. Yesterday was my last day. 1 star is even too high, 2 thumbs down. This location needs to be under new management.
This has been my papa John's for about 20 years. Hasn't always been the best service but has got much better! Eddie on the other hand is a blessing and is always a delight when he delivers my pizza. 3 times in a row he has been here. Thank you for your hard work and keep up the great job! Great customer service and service oriented.
