I ordered a combo pack for 10 people of salads, sandwich’s and soups for Mothers Day and it was delicious! Heather called to confirm my order in the morning and reaffirm when she would be delivering it. She was punctual and assisted with set up.The food was fantastic and a good reminder that Panera Bread is a great option to consider catering your next event!
Around 6:45 I Orders the pick 2 - onion soup & fuji apple salad togo. Got to my car and realized the salad mix was bad, so i went back inside and asked them to get fresh salad mix etc. well they decided to just put fresh salad mix on top/around the bad salad mix and gave me back the salad as if they mad a fresh one. If i could give negative star I would.
Generally good food, but they have terrible management.Typically, the cashier is also the one making drinks. This is a terrible system because someone is always waiting: either people are waiting to place orders because drinks are being made, or customers are waiting for drinks because orders are being placed.Additionally, their online ordering has often not worked because it says they don't have bread (ironically). Instead of letting you choose an alternative item it just won't let you place the order at all (my experience was trying to order a family meal, several times). Even when we were able to place the order almost every time they forgot to give us our bread baguette (again, ironically).I feel bad for the workers, who are typically lovely and have excellent customer service, because it isn't their fault the system is so messed up, but management needs to find a better system overall. Having a float person who made drinks, helped put food orders together, or otherwise helped where it was needed, seems appropriate.
Every time I go in for pick up they never have my order ready, I would understand if it was something big like a meal but it’s literally just coffee. I have to waste my whole break time trying to get a dumb coffee I order 30-1 hour ago for pick up.
About 20% of the time your order will be correct and without a hair it in.... The other 80% well...ill keep it positive and tell you they positively will f*$& up your order. Drive to another panera. That's what we will do after today.
I ordered through the app. Everything was available when I ordered and paid. When I get to the location I was told that one of the items wasn't available. It was when I ordered and paid. I was pressed for time so I had to get something else. Because I couldn't get what I wanted/paid for. Is the app so bad that it can't keep track of simple inventory??? I was never even offered an apology or anything.A terrible experience!
Food came out fast and tasted amazing! Also the staff were more friendly, compared to previously visited Panera
Panera Bread does not even deserve 1 star! I bought lunch for myself and my coworkers. We were excited to get Panera until we received our food. What a horrible experience!!!!! I ordered the chicken noodle soup bowl and all I got was a cup of chicken broth. My coworker ordered the pick two and her sandwich has nothing but a slither of turkey and bread. My other coworker ordered the Broccoli and cheese soup bowl and only got a cup of soup. I will never order from Pearland Crossing Panera Bread again. They ought to refund my money for the horrible food they serve.
The breakfast Avocado egg wrap was the bomb ???
Such a huge fan of this location, not only is the food amazing, hot and fresh, but the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to ensure your experience is special. It was my first time being back to a Panera after, I can’t even remember when, and the gentleman who took my order was not only incredibly patient, but also gave great recommendations. It’s thanks to him and the lovely lady who prepared the food that made this visit truly exceptional.I felt like a valued customer and will definitely be revisiting my friends here at Panera.Also that new Broccoli Cheddar Mac n Cheese is the bomb!
