Their chef’s special spicy chicken sandwich is too small compared to their picture. A spicy Chic Fil A sandwich is much better.The bread was old & Their Fuji apple cranberry lemonade is named fancy ( healthy) but tasted bland, I think Minute Maid tastes betterAlso they threw a whole small red apple in my bag, which was not cut or rinsed & tasted old.
Today was our first day here, the dishes were nothing compared to what the photos showed, most were not cooked well enough and also had very little food and exaggerate amount of bread , the worst was that we felt that they were not fresh and very old since the day they cooked them.
I recently had lunch at the Pearland location near HEB and there was a slight issue with the card machine when I was paying. The woman at the counter was very friendly and apologetic. She requested a manager for help and He too was very apologetic and thanked me for my patience. The manager ended up taking care of my party with a gift and I was very humbled by his kindness. Even the ladies in the back brought our food to us and made sure everything was ok. Absolute Above and Beyond service!!!!! I appreciate this manager and the staff at this store. They exude professionalism.
Every time I go to Panera Bread at this location the people working there are so nice and friendly, they really go above and beyond to make the experience a good one! There recently was a mistake with my order and the staff for the evening shift were very helpful in making it right! I’m not sure what these ladies get paid but whatever it is, it isn’t enough for the service they provide!
Usually have good luck here but not last time I was here. I ordered the broccoli cheese soup which was good but the chicken avocado sandwich was toasted/nuked WAY WAY too much. Geez, this has now happened 2 out of 4 visits. Very POOR quality control. McDonald's is consistent with their quick bacon McDouble and cheaper! Not sure I'll go back. Also happened at the Webster location a couple of weeks ago. 50% satisfaction is not acceptable.
Nothing is served hot or toasted. Everything tastes old. Never again.
Awesome service from Kendra and the rest of the crew. Citrus Asian Crunch salad with chicken is wonderful taste sensation! I also had the French onion soup warm bowl. Mi prima had the broccoli cheddar soup and she said it was great. I drank the prickly pear hibiscus fresca which is lightly sweetened. My cousin had the unsweetened black tea. The atmosphere was very relaxing and very friendly because of the nice service from the crew here at Panera bread in Pearland. I know that I can also use Doordash to get food from this wonderful place.
I ordered a sandwich and soup but my sandwich had an insect in it. The manager was like "okay" because he didn't seem to believe me so here is the photo. This is the first bug I saw but I didn't wait to see if there were more. Jeremiah offered a refund or to remake the sandwich but I question whether or not there are more bugs in the rest of the lettuce. Needless to say, I didn't want the salad either. I will not be visiting this place again!
i love the food when i actually receive it the way that I've ordered it, but that only happens once in a blue moon. i come every sunday and the only time i didnt have something missing was a couple weeks ago when there was a guy who seemed to be a regional manager or something and he made sure everyone was reading the orders very caregully - so when i got my order and out of the norm, i DIDN'T have to have to send it back or ask for any missing items, i was like wow its possible to get what u ordered, in its full! but that was only once unfortunately.
The worst Panera I've been to. I ordered two full size salads that were half full and it did not look appetizing. If you don't have the right lettuce for the salads, please tell the customers. I will not go back.
