I'm usually very tolerant about things. If my order is wrong I just eat what I got. I never complain or make a fuss about everything. But this was just very annoying. I ordered Beijing beef and it was so overdone and so dry! It literally tasted dehydrated. If you didn't make the batch right then make a new one! I payed for this food it wasn't just free food. They have the responsibility to make the food edible.
I was craving some Panda Express tonight and checked on the time to see if it would still be opened so I could make a drive. The Panda closest to my location closes at 9 so figured I could go to this location that says 10:30. To my surprise I get to this location at 9:43pm and they are closed already. I would suggest calling before coming to this Panda to make sure its opened or for this location to update their business hours. Heading back home hungry and upset!
First time at this location food very bland and was cold! I’m very big on spending my money on something that is not satisfying! I want to go back and get refund but I don’t even have time for the hassle! Just want you guys to know that you lost a customer for sure! I would recommend Panda Express but not this location!
This Panda Express location used to be good. I'm not sure if management has changed, but it's horrible now. The last few times I've visited, the orange chicken was overcooked, hard, and dry. It hardly had any sauce. It just looked like fried chicken nuggets! Shame on them for serving old, dry chicken that has been sitting out for hours! I have to drive to the Panda Express in Sugar Land to get orange chicken. Their location is always fresh and delicious.
Customer service sucks, they wouldn't let me sample out one of their flavor chicken. I've been to many Chinese restaurants and they had no problem with me trying out something that i never taste before. they lady had a bad attitude. I was going to buy some if i would have like it.
This is probably the 3rd time I come to this location around 8:40-9:10 and they won’t serve because they are “closed” I know it’s late but many places still serve until closing, many other pandas to be exact
Good service and they have good bargains in the store. If you're looking for items to add to your furniture. You will find what you're looking at the Habitat store
Why charge customer and extra $1.25 for “premium selects” if you don’t have the premium ingredients??? The walnut glaze was the main reason I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and I didn’t find out until after I received my food that they were out. Employees are very nonchalant and Unknowledgeable 11/21/21
It just to be good I don't know what happened don't know if they have a new manager or cooks it's just not the same I just to eat 1 or twice a week not any more
Clean with good fresh food. Tastes really good. I had Almond Shrimp.
