THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE?? to order my cakes for my Family but NOT IN PEARLAND(ShadowCreek Pkwy)? they were RUDE I’m going back to Pasadena where I’m greeted with a smile&great Customer Etiquette..The Tier cakes were on the small side too?..I really love NBC just disappointed this time..
Saw a little roach while I was waiting in line. So I left. Never again coming back.
Ordered 3 cakes online for same day pickup. Went to pickup the cakes, asked the cashier did she need the order number after giving her my name and she said no. Bought an extra cake while there. Went home in rush hour traffic and discovered none of the 3 flavors I ordered were actually in the bag. Bagged it all up and returned to the store. I told cashier the vanilla cakes in the bag were not what I ordered. She called some lady from the back who had a noticeable attitude upon arrival. She begin questioning the number of cakes in the bag and I explained to her I purchased in store an additional cake. My order was bagged up on the counter behind them. She placed the bag and the cake I ordered on the counter and balled up the "wrong" order and walked away. No apology or explanation. Customer service at this store is trash. I typically buy a cake here several times per year plus as a snack occasionally. I don't patronize any place that doesn't value my time and money.
Was here a few weeks ago and picked up some Bundtini cakes (mini cupcakes). Description says it's bite size but definitely is a few bites sized. It was delicious. Got 2 dozens as a gift. A bit pricy but still worth it. Well packaged and looked pretty. Wish I had some promo/coupon codes to use. Staff was professional and helpful. Ordered online so it was a quick in and out. Will return when visiting Pearland again.

i had the pleasure of being serviced by a young lady named courtney? i believe. sorry if i spelled that wrong haha but, she was so sweet and helpful. It was my first time ever purchasing from there and i will definitely be back !!
I ordered a lemon bundt cake and the cake had no lemon flavor at all. I will not order from them again.
An insanely good cake
I stopped by this evening to purchase my sister and her friends a cake for their birthday. I walked in behind a young lady and her son what's really sad is that one of the employees the first words out of her mouth were are y'all together I kindly said to her just because two or more black people walk in the door don't assume that they are together. Greet your customers and let them tell you if they are together to make matters worst she tossed the cakes on top of the counter like she had an attitude from me correcting her I almost picked up the cakes and tossed them right back to her. But GOD! The name of the disrespectful employee is Courtney.
I went to this location to pick my cake order. I had my baby with me in a car seat because curbside is no longer offered. Kasey was so kind enough to assist me and walk my cake order to the car because my hands were clearly full. She was very kind, helpful, and I really appreciated it.
