We’ve gotten countless drop cookies, cakes, cupcakes, custom cookies, hot cocoa bombs, and cookie cakes from here for the past several years. The flavor of the custom decorated sugar cookies is to die for and they are decorated to perfection. Not one detail is overlooked at MSO. It has gotten to the point that my kids know when I’ve gone to MSO by the smell of the icing ☺️. I recommend this place x10 to everyone looking for custom cookies. Or even if you want a sweet treat after school, the lobby always has a great selection.
I have ordered with MSO Cookies 5 times and every time the cookies were amazing. The last time was for my mom's bday party and the guest were surprised that what was in front of them were cookies. My mom even said they melted in her mouth.

This was my first time ordering personalized cookies from anyone. I was excited! I shopped around and MSO had the best price for what I was willing to pay.Got the invoice and paid, says on the invoice to pick up between 5-6. Ok. On the day of, MSO contacts me @4:30 to tell me my cookies are ready for pick up. I say ok, don't y'all close at 6? And she says no we close at 5, I say oh it says 6 on my invoice. She says that she will tell "them". I guess the owners? No apology. Good thing I didn't need them on the day, otherwise I wouldn't have had the cookies in time since we are going out of town.Went to pick up the cookies and I am a little underwhelmed. I sent pictures of what I wanted/inspiration and this is what I got.Seems like they're good at character cookies and not designs because I love the unicorn. I feel like I sent the what I want/inspo pic to get a quote on a very similar design. It's like they held back to keep it that price? But I didn't ask what can I get for this price. I sent the inspo/what I want to get just that. Sad day

I had a chocolate chip cookie, brownie, and S'mores cupcake. All 3 were outstanding. And I am very picky. I check out a lot of dessert places and if I lived near this place it's easy to imagine it becoming my favorite.
