Always fast, hot food... Staff has a great attitude all of the times I've been. Much quicker than the rest of the local locations.
I just went up to this location and my order was done horribly. Fries burnt and my hot n spicy, mcdouble was made wrong and my nuggets were over cooked. And good luck getting them to answer the phone so you can get your order redone. So disappointed.
I guess if you're going to try your luck with a place like this its gonna be a hit and miss. This meat was old / dry even harder than the bun. Its not even edible. I'm on break so I can't take it back but I'll never eat there again. Wish I would not have been in a hurry I would have stopped at chic Fila
Don't do curbside it's a joke... If you don't want to wait 20 minutes to get your food, just go through the drive. Even with the ridiculously long wait time they still didn't get my order right ?
They usually take a while and forget my items, but it happens, no big deal the first 5 times. Now I'm getting frustrated. I just ordered a large vanilla Ice latte with LIGHT ICE. The guy hands me my change in a WAD, then they put so much ice that they had to put it in a bigger cup and I STILL had trouble just getting the straw in. Really yall?
Great service with each of my many visits. Drive thru line moves fast. Employees are polite and I use the drive thru 98% of the time. Watch yourself when leaving the property. A blinker from oncoming traffic DOES NOT mean they will turn into Mickey D's, at the next two driveways or at the driveway before theirs.
Usually McDonald's can be counted on for mediocre food, but really quick when you're in a hurry. This time it was the same consistently mediocre food but with rude employees. They didn't tell me to pay at the first window and when I got to the first window there was nobody there, so I pulled on up to the second window where I got chewed out for not paying the first window. But as always the fries were perfect.
Please sent the TOY with UBER kids meals this is the only reason cuz we order from you. Ruins mine night when I get home after working at the hospital for 14 hrs and my kids crazy cry all night cuz you didn't send the TOY. Please forget everything but do not forget the toy. This situation has already been done 4 to 5 time.. I don't have time for complaints or bad reviews but if you have kids may be you will understand that...
Went with my brother. There was some confusion about our order because we weren't given numbers, but a staff member helped us out. 4 stars because the parking situation is kind of crazy---not everyone wants to go through drive thru.
Visited this locations drive thru around 12 noon and the food sucked! The male employee working the drive thru was beyond rude and his fingernails were dirty. They never asked if I wanted any condiments. What really upset me was the old, cold fries that tasted like they cooked them yesterday and reheated them using old cooking oil. I just don't understand why McDonald's allows their employees to serve customers old fries? I have been to at least 3 different McDonald's in the area and they all sold me old, cold French fries that tasted like they were cooked the day before, then reheated in old dirty brown cooking oil. The cheeseburgers were also cold. Where is the good customer service? There's a reason that Chick Filet's line is around the corner. Good high quality customer service always draws loyal customers. Whoever owns this McDonald's needs to improve their customer service because I didn't rate them 1 stars, it's a negative 1 star!
