I think this was the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I havent eaten McDonalds for a long time then was craving for it. I live nearny so Went this location 4 times within 2 week span. Each time I went the order took really long when they weren't too busy 3/4 times. Also 2/4 times they missed some items in the bag they gave us so had to go back to ask for it.Im not gonna say they were rude but Employees weren't polite either. Overall,just not a good experience.
For a store that's supposed to be 24 hours there wasn't a soul in the place to take my order at 6:02 am this morning. There's 11 cars in line and I'm the 5th person to drive off with others doing the same thing. This is the third time in the space of two months that this has happened. I'm pretty sure the general manager would love knowing his store is unmanned and losing business!
Rude as hell. Definitely not a good way to treat people. Especially in the morning. If they don’t like their job, why work here? A bit of kindness can go a long way, and that’s something you won’t find here. The manager should be reading these reviews because all you see lately is nothing but bad ones.
Used to be a better McDonald's pre covid when Breakfast shift was mainly Hispanic. Can't even get a simple coffee right the past 4 times I've ordered it and they expect pay raises as I've seen in other reviews and $15 an hour. They deserve minimum wage for minimum effort.
I drove here to take my daughter to the playground while I do school assignments on my laptop. They blocked off the playground in the middle of they day for q birthday party, which seemed unlogical to me. When I asked the staff the reason of blocking it off, she stated "can't you see... it's because it's closed duh". I drove 15 minutes just to come to this location because I thought it would be more decent than the location closer to me.....
I came to this location and my entire order was incorrect when I left the drive thru. So I had to wait again in line about 15-20 mins. The lady at the window was extremely rude and very angry when I explained to her that my order was incorrect. She slammed the window shut and rolled her eyes. She had a very bad attitude and seemed like she hated her job. This place needs better employees who actually want to work and treat their customers better. It was so UNFAIR to have been treated in such a unprofessional manner when it was NOT my fault. I will NEVER come here again. Don’t even bother coming here.
First, they didn't answer the speaker.Second, between the guy wearing the mask, and the plexiglass devider on the window, I couldn't hear anything the guy said.Third, the girl didn't give me any BBQ sauce for my nuggets(hard to sound mad typing the word nuggets) then gave me 2 for a 20pc. When I asked for more she says with an attitude, "I gave you 2" yeah for a 20pc.Fourth, my fries were half empty.And last, I get home and no napkins.Between rude customer service, (every McDonald's in Houston) prices going up, and being ripped off by not filling the fry container, or making the drinks smaller. I'm done with McDonald's.
Horrible service especially at night all rude when ordering, no one at the window to take payment.Oh well should of expected this at McDonald's , you get what you paid for. Rather pay more at Chick-fil-A.
The food is typically high quality, Its the orders they generally have a hard time completing correctly. I've gotten the wrong food several times.
Very rude to customers. Does not attend to customers until they almost walk out. They joke a lot while we are waiting for food. Need a better supervisor. She is the short one. Very ugly speaking to customers
