The ice cream was okay. I was uncomfortable that none of the staff wore gloves when scooping the cake cream and handling the waffle cones. Especially since they repeatedly touched their face masks while talking to us and did not wash their hands before going back to handling food.
Hi I went into my local Marble Slab 2 days ago and was automatically uncomfortable by the way the employees kept scratching their body parts continuously. None had hair nets nor gloves . I was attacked with ice cream vanilla to be exact. Will not be returning .Also when the employees were fixing my ice cream , they started coughing up red spots . My children were exposed and slightly afraid , GLOVES SHALL BE REQUIRED!!!!!!!!!!!! .
Then only reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is to get easier visibility for my suggestion. We recently went to the Marble Slab in the Willowbrook area where there were 2 no-sugar added options. This branch has 0 no-sugar added options. For a decent sized store with tons of flavor choices can you please add a no-sugar added option? When I asked the woman at the store how come the options are different, she said it depended on what the owner requested but she didn't know how we can put in a request to the owner. Dear owner, please be mindful of all of your customers with dietary restrictions. If you decide to add an option please respond to this review and I will be by!

I guess it would have been a good experience if the employee hadn’t thrown the receipt and change at me. I understand if she wasn’t having a good day but it still doesn’t give them an excuse to throw things at customers especially when nothing was done wrong.
Avoid their smoothie. It tastes like the water they use for rinsing off the blender.

They charge to much for their services. Now the creamery has closed their doors permanently . Are they going to open in Manvel?
There was a young man working the line with the worst attitude. The ice cream is always good but since the experience with bad service we haven't been back.
