Yearly review edit: 10/10 ! Great food, great service!Just damned near perfect. Comfortable, cozy, & casual- but with 5 star service. We had made our entree decisions when a delightful manager brought out a tasting plate, and explained the dish. We changed our minds immediately.These are the best beef fajitas I've ever eaten in my life. They are delicious. They are devine, in fact. Moist, tender, & delicately seared to perfection.The restaurant itself was very clean. My wife noticed someone inspecting & wiping down every plate. Even the parking lot was immaculate. An employee was sweeping up as we left.Wonderful first visit of many to come. Highly recommend.
Horrible greeters. Bar attendees were great. Dried crusted food on table. No sanitizer. Said 10-15 minutes while we were on highway. Checkex in wait list online. Check in upon arrival. Said we were next. They sit at least 15+ ahead of us. Thin we seated 50 minutes latter. didnt take our order just walked away. When asked fir drinks, just left and did not ask about ordering an appitizer or meal. Waited 10 more minutes, no drink, no waiter. Was not even busy.
Effing amazing. Their fajita meat is the best that I have had in recent memory. The service was awesome. I do not know the guy's name, but he is really good. White guy with glasses. Skinny.
My friend from out of town loved the tortilla soup. I tried the chicken little for the first time and the chicken was not marinated or season like the other Lupe's that I have been to. The customer service was outstanding tho.
Lupe Tortilla was a good choice for Mexican Cuisine. The service was good, but the server had several tables and was a little overwhelmed at times. The server had several tables with more than 6 customers which resulted in the server forgetting several items ordered on the menu. With the amount of people served, I think the server did a good job. However, the hostess should not sit multiple parties greater than 6 in the same area with one server. It causes confusion on the server, and therefore frustrates the customer. Overall, the food was good for the value. My family and I were satisfied with what we ordered. Just prepare to wait for extended times on the food orders if there is only one server in the area with multiple parties. I would recommend this restaurant.
The breakfasts are big. I had egg and jalapeno sausage tacos. My friend had the burrito. The food was hot and good. Service was good.
Overall one of the better Tex mex chains around. The carne asada options were great. The rest of the food we got was normal. Service was good and the atmosphere was relaxed.
Awful. It's not like the other locations at all. I swear the carrots taste like tap water and my $16 plobano chicken platter had canned chicken on it. Every other location uses better ingredients. Gross rip off
Just left here! Came friday at 11am right when they opened...and I was NOT disappointed. My server was awesome and prompt. Drinks were yummy and STRONG. I thought I could throw back 3..but I had to stop at 2 lol. I had the puffy taco plate and it was yummy as well. I will definitely be back!
Really good Mexican food! Everything had a decent spice to it. Not crazy fire heat, but good spice so you could still taste your food. Service was fantastic. Get the guacamole, it's a LOT! Even the tortilla chips were great! Nice, clean, friendly and great fresh food! Keep up the great work! ???
