I finally got a chance to eat at this place after several times being in Houston for travel and just not finding the time to make it. First good sign I saw when we pulled up was the constant flow of customers and all of the to-go and online orders piled up. That means the locals love the food! We ordered the Fully Loaded with some hush puppies. Extra hot is the seasoning level of my choice. Lotus did not disappoint, the sausage and corn were perfect! The shrimp wasn’t as hot as I would’ve liked but they were really good. The crab legs were easy to crack and peel with just your fingers. Very delicious and that’s coming from a Louisiana native! I highly recommend and will be back for sure.
Exceeded my expectations..I saw the viral hype but was skeptical, and although when I went the crawfish was sold out. I still got finger licking Cajun seafood.If you go there's going to be a wait so get there early if you can. We actually went to one in Houston first but it was packed then went to this one and it was packed as well had one table empty but trash was on it, we didn't care we took it off and kept it as our table.Put in our order.. 2 loud packs, 2 crawfish poboys, 2 daquris, one beer, fish nuggets, and snow carb wanted crawfish but they were out. I ordered way more than my family and I needed but we wanted options lol.The loud pack is really more than enough. You definitely get you bang for you buck at lotus..The daquris are on point.. And we ate there so we ordered more.. The crawfish poboy was delicious. My daughter liked her fish nuggets.The only downfall was since we ate there, there were no crab cutters so we asked the kitchen and they let us use theirs which I thought was nice.This location was alot smaller than the Houston location but in a nice area.I would definitely recommend anyone to check the place out, by far one of my favorite places.. The hype was actually hyped for a reason. Two thumbs up ????
No for $30 piece of lobster tail you would assume it would be semi tender at best but still very juicy at this place it was almost as eating a really average pork chop dry it was terrible I never knew lobster could be so dry out of all the things I got here the chicken wings were the only thing that was tender and juicy the sauce is literally what makes every dish and that’s sad literally there’s nothing on this menu that you can eat without the sauce and I’ll be good and the rice yikes stay away The only reason they’re getting one stars because of the chicken wings that was the only thing that gave them a rating if not I would’ve not even rated this place
Once food order is placed, it them almost an hour and a half to call our number (which they never did).We had to go up to the counter and ask if our food was ready. Come to find out it had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. SMH! Place was super loud due to overcrowding. When we finally got our food, it was very, very greasy. They gave no utensils to crack open the crab legs and was not at all comfortable or satisfied with the overall experience. This was our first and last time trying Lotus.
Omg Worth every penny food was delicious. I can say what you see online in the videos and pictures is exactly what you get. The CRACK SAUCE is worthy of the name. I can say I'm hooked on crack ???

Third time and I ordered over 40 minutes ahead and I get there and I am told it would be another 15 minutes. I asked the young lady why when I ordered ahead. She says, she doesn’t have anything to do with the online ordering and asks if I want to talk to the manager. I to two different individuals and one told me it was the system and they just got the order, the other one told me, it was because of the battered fries take longer. What’s the point in ordering ahead when you always have a wait. I was gonna just let it but since folks wanna come out staring with an attitude here we are. There is absolutely no excuse for a lack of professionalism. I spent $50 dollars on my order. The fried lobster was good but the wings were horrible. They rushed this order. This is my area. I am a chef. It doesn’t matter if it’s a 5 star restaurant, mom and pops or a hole in the wall, you can still be respectful. When a customer tells you an issue, make changes. The attitudes are less to be desired. I didn’t even match that negative immature energy. I won’t be back. The food is usually on point but because of the “ not my problem”. I will not be back.
This was my first time visiting this location and let me tell you, it was great. I really didn’t know what to expect after reading the reviews but I had a really good experience. The cashier was really helpful and took her time thoroughly answering my questions. The line was long but I did not feel rushed at all.Upon arrival, the line was to the door. I’m assuming this was because it was during happy hour (2pm-5pm) but it moved very quickly. I got the $10 shrimp and a daiquiri and I was very satisfied. The food was really tasty and I love the happy hour specials. Next time, I would consider getting it spicier because regular spicy was not that spicy to me. The daiquiri was not strong at all, but it was pretty good.One complaint that I have is that the expo person was not loud enough when calling numbers. We finally went to the front to check on our food and learned that they had been called our number and we just didn’t hear them. The food was still hot, so this was not an issue at all. Also, be aware that seating is very limited at this location. If you come during a busy time, you may not get a table. We came right at 2pm, so this was not an issue for us. Went for the fried lobster and seafood rice. Go hard or go home. Heads up it takes about 25 min so it comes out fresh but I waiting with a mango daiquiri so all was good. I made the mistake of pouring the sauce all over and some bites were better without it. I definitely would have skipped it on the rice. The flavor is so rich I wouldn’t need another taste of lobster for a while, but I look forward to coming back and trying something newSide note: This place would be really bomb if they had a bar to sit. Maybe they do at other locations? They take Apple Pay which is amazing especially when you forget your wallet
It was my first time eating there. Had the Hot Box meal that has Boiled Shrimp, Crab, Sausage, Corn, and a potato. The young lady at the register was very helpful with making sure I ordered correctly so that my experience was spot on. Will definitely be returning to try something else and definitely need to get more Crack sauce!
