I would not recommend this store to anyone. No leadership, long wait times, and no one seems to answer the phone. I ordered twice from there and both times I had to cancel my order. The first time was my mistake admittedly because I accidentally ordered online a thin crust pepperoni instead of thin crust cheese. I immediately called to get my order corrected and no one answered the phone for 20 minutes!!! Even as I walked in the store there was no customer service representative up front. The workers kept working in the back and it took a few minutes before the "manager" finally come up to the front. I told him my issue, he responded with a revolting look and a sigh. He was rude after I told him that I didn't like his attitude and wanted my refund. Fast forward to today, again I ordered online. This time I got it right. Was expecting to pick up my order and it wasn't ready, that it will take 15 more minutes!!! This was unacceptable.

Yeah this place is absolutely horrendous. There were 5 people here and it took over an hour for each person to get their order. Sure they were short staffed and had new people, but it wasn’t even busy at all. No real excuse for it. Management has to take over and just restructure because it’s THAT bad. Zero stars if available. Hope it gets the restructure it needs. Employees were saying they wanted to quit today and that they hated working here. Attitudes like that need to change in order for things to work.

This place is incredibly slow! 45mins for one pizza is insane. Only two people waiting in the lobby. I've tried to pick pizza up from here twice. Same extremely long wait times. Employees stay in the back, don't help anyone coming in the door. They blame it on the online system, sound like an excuse to me.

Understaffed. I walked in and eventhough the staff saw me, they didn't say anything to me... not "just a minute" or "I'll be with you shortly".. nothing. I even asked a man working on the pizzas if someone was available to take my order and he completely ignored me. It took about 10 minutes for someone to finally come to the register and take my order... I give it a 3 star because the pizza was perfectly baked.

I would not recommend this location at all. There are plenty of other pizza options nearby that will save you tons of time. I ordered two pizzas for delivery through the app, and they took almost two hours to arrive even though it was supposed to take 50 minutes max. It took so long that the first delivery driver left the store after waiting over 30 minutes for the pizza to be ready. I tried to call the store itself and the customer support number provided with the order to make sure my order had actually been received. I never got through to anyone. When the food finally arrived, I was missing the extras I ordered, and it was barely warm. I’m really not sure what took them so long since the pizza wasn’t even fresh. After seeing the other reviews for this location, it does not seem to be a one-off, but continued improper management. I’d recommend you save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

This location has given me the worst experience time after time. Bad service long wait times. Yesterday I waited an hour to get 2 pizzas. The location was full of people who were waiting also. Some people started asking for refunds. The person taking orders bless his heart seems to have a disability cause no one could understand what he was saying and he couldn't understand what some people were saying to him. Example I asked for some ranch sauce to go with my order and he kept adding wings to my order.This is not the first time I had to wait an hour I thought it would have gotten better since last time but I was wrong.

This place is the WORST ! It goes from bad to worse , they keep changing people but the service or management isn’t getting any better . I just picked up an order and like always they forget my sauce , I have to ask for it , then the white old lady working , asks what’s missing then goes to get it but before throwing it on the counter she stops to have a conversation with the tall white male that seems to be a manager , then she proceeds to THROW my sauce on the counter like she’s throwing a bone to a dog . Very disrespectful, rude and non apologetic. Where do you find these people ??? The owners need to come run this place maybe they would care about the service they provide because their employees DON’T!!

Tried to pick up a regular classic $5 pepperoni pizza that is supposed to be “hot n ready”. I was rudely told it was a 2 hour wait from a blue haired woman who couldn’t stop coughing into her hands the entire time she was at the register. Third time I’ve been here, and the customer service sucks every time.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had trying to get dinner. Order was supposed to be ready approximately 30 minutes after ordering online. After 45 minutes it hadn’t even been started. When I asked for the manager to get a refund he proceeded to yell at me that he was busy making pizza and didn’t have time to talk with customers. Please do not patronize this location.

This location is awful regarding their customer service. We have tried to call and make a pickup order and they never answer the phones. We have driven by when they are supposed to be open and they are closed with the signs off with no explanation. Went in to get a hot and ready pizza, and they have no hot and ready pizzas available. The staff is rude, will make you wait 5+ minutes at the counter without acknowledging you, and then has an attitude when taking your order. The food quality is what you pay for, it’s a simple pizza worth 5 dollars, but waiting 20+ minutes for a pizza chain that claims to have hot and ready pizzas severely diminishes the value. I remember the good days when you could walk into any little Cesar’s location and pick up 5 pizzas already ready. Not at this location.
