We did an online order for a birthday party, and it was perfectly ready and on time. I think a lot of people only come and leave bad reviews so I thought I should take the time for a good one. We’ve never had an issue with getting pizza from here and the staff is always friendly.
The service was terrible. First the call to place the order was auto answered and I was put on eternal hold where I waited for close to 10 min. Unsuccessfully. upon our arrival to the Broadway location to order in person and wait there for pick up, the doors were locked and hour before their closing time but we could see the workers inside running around. There was another customer being served at the drive thru so we retreated to the drive thru where the only thing they were serving was lg pepperoni pizzas. They didnt allow us to order anything else . No custom pizzas, no crazy bread, nothing but pre made pepperoni pizzas. We were starving and on the way home from work so we took 2. They were not very good. Seemed like they'd been sitting under the heat light for far too long. I wont go back.
Absolutely worst experience I have ever had ordering food. Placed my ordered at 7:40 pm on a Tuesday night arrived at the location to pick my food up at 8:15 and was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes for my crazy bread to be ready. After waiting 35 minutes still no bread ready and the workers were in the back on their phones. I tried calling the store twice to get an employee too come up to the front and no one answered. Horrible experience and will never order through them again
Worst Place.!!! We ordered online around 7:30 pm they said our pizza would be ready at 8:00pm so we where in the drivethru for 40 minutes and when we finally received our pizza at 8:40 it was cold. It must of just sitting there ready while we sat in the window without anyone acknowledging us. Annoyed of the situation we had nothing else to do but go home and re-heat it the oven ?This place has been horrible for a while now it should really be shut down!!
I'm not sure if they are short staffed (I can see 3 employees) or just under poor management right now but it's been 45 minutes since I ordered through the app and my pizza hasn't even been started yet. There are currently 6 people waiting in line ahead of me (and 4 behind) waiting on their pizzas as well so I know it's going to be a while. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left by now. I can't even ask for a refund because the girl running the register helps a person and then leaves for a bit.
Is there anything below a 1 star?? This location is horrible! the first visit, the lady at the drive thru window had such attitude & horrible people skills. So I figured ok whatever, everyone has a day. I tried it again. Placed an order at 5:40. Waited an hour in the drive thru, unable to move. Called the store, told my order was ready. To come in the store. Easier said then done… Finally got out & went in store, there is nobody working the front! Waited another 20 minutes, guy took my name 3 times! Told them I couldn’t wait any longer. I had kids waiting in the car. He finally brought my pizza out. Got home, it’s burned to a crisp! Black! I called, asked to speak to a manager, got told to come in the store! Again!!! Got placed on hold!!!! This place is retched!!!!
I ordered my pizza a week in advance in order to have my priority for the Super Bowl. I understand that they are busy because there is such a high demand for pizza during sport games, but it is ridiculous for me to have to cancel my WEEK ahead order because someone an hour ago ordered and they have first priority. Ridiculous.
This place needs to be shut down. No adult supervision. The teenagers there TRIED to act like they didn’t see me waiting in drive thru. I ended up walking inside and they all walked to back. I yelled hello. A little young knuckle headed girl tried to be smarta$$ and said after I said I was waiting in drive thru and every time I have the past few times I went, the teenagers act like they’re blind and deaf. She said “no we always have someone there” (no one was there as she said that) I pointed at empty register. Told her to just give me my pizza I paid for. She tried to charge me. Had to argue with kid.Almost forgot, if you drive by there. Just look at the employees. They wear clear gloves and touch EVERYTHING and don’t change them. Their phones, moving their masks. Register. Handles on stoves when taking boxes pizza out. Moving around their charger from outlet. Their hat. Disgusting. I’m going to record and take pictures next time because I can only image the sanitation in that place.I hope a manager or upper management reads these reviews because an adult should be there or some form of responsible employee. Next time I go. Oh this review will be updated with photos.UPDATED 1/14/22No pizza ready. Everything is 45 min wait. I can’t believe this place is still opened. The employees park in front so customers don’t park for convenience. Sad.
The pizza was Great ! The Service was bad . (Drive Thur) The cashier ask me to wait in front well 20 minutes went by so I walked in and asked if my order was ready... the young man said it's been ready...I said What ! Why did you not bring it out... he said we are short handed we can't go out..I was so upset cause when you ask me to wait up front you al ways bring it out to me..I told him I wish the cashier would have told me that I had to come wait inside. That's too bad I blame the management.
Location was closed for a long time but I ordered online when I showed up it was closed. I called everyday for about 2 months and message on phone was still closed. Finally they opened today and Indian gentleman said he doesn't know if he could honor it and hung up on me. When I showed up he said he was going to look into it and call me back but then I said how would you call me back if you didn't even take my phone number. Long story short he didn't honor it even with me having the receipt. Horrible customer service
