I love KFC but this yardbird was cold not fresh could do alot better hwy 35 and orange dr in Pearland fresh is best not old n cold pull up
Got home ,ready to eat my dried up chicken tenders and fries, found out they didn’t give me the two ranch sauce that I ordered, guess I should have checked. No dipping sauce! Thanks a lot KFC ! Never again!
For my birthday, my friend brought me chicken as she knows how I love fried chicken. Kentucky is my favorite. This was a major disappointment. I didn't tell my friend since she had tried 2 other competitors. She ordered a 12 piece mixed with biscuits and peppers. The chicken had no crust. There was 2 breast 6 thighs and 4 legs. Most of the crust was all at the bottom of the bucket. It was the worst that I've ever had.
I am just trying to Figure out what kind of fried chicken this is..this don't make any sense . Smh
This location has become an embarrassment as a KFC restaurant. It's a pathetic joke. Employees obviously don't care about the store or it's customers. They never have any original chicken. They close the dining room early because of a staff shortage. Always something crazy...very unprofessional. Cook leaves early and doesn't cook any original before leaving. They have no cook because he hasn't come in yet. Whenever I questioned what the problem was I was told by the cashier they all have second jobs. Like I'm supposed to accept that as a good excuse as to why they can't run the store as expected. If they cared about the store and their customers they would figure it out. I asked why the cook didn't plan for his early exit and prepare more chicken before leaving. After this happening 3 times in as many weeks I gave up. I did provide feedback on the KFC website regarding the problems with that location to which I received a response stating that they would be looking into it, asking with an apology and coupons. I now drive further to the Broadway location and just don't bother with this one.
Major disappointment - soggy bucket of Original Chicken had been prepared long before we placed our online order. Sauces for Tenders were MIA. Solo (?) employee didn't appear overwhelmed - we were actually the only customer on sight. Won't return. (Husband's take - "Like bad buffet food.")
We hadn't ordered from KFC in many, many years because we much prefer Popeyes BUT we were curious about the KFC sandwich. Okay, it may not be a Popeyes chicken sandwich but It. Was. GOOD. We have since ordered several times in the past month or so. Their tenders with mashed potatoes are great. They can keep their bone I chicken though. It is wack. Special kudos to the location in Old Pearland for safety sealing the drinks & providing wet wipes!
Disappointed in the misrepresentation of this KFC. I can often brag on the quality of their product, but this location was not good at all. My food was served cold. The fries were old. The chicken was supposed to be their original style...the only original thing I saw was the bucket that it came in. An the young man working was apparently bothered by my family's Sunday morning visit to the restaurant because he seemed to have much better things to do. Just don't waste your time or money at this location.
Ordered 2 nashville combos, got just the tenders & drink. No fries ?. I called and nobody would pick up.
Maybe its a Texas thing but it's stupid. I need butter with me biscuits. Kfc has butter. Order some. Employee said the biscuits are buttermilk so they don't need butter. Lol, ok chef.
