Customer service was great food was fresh the staff was friendly I will return for this location although this location could be somewhat busy because they have a Taco Bell hook up next to it which is a one-stop-shop for me and my family
Bought this chicken bucket this morning 3/27/22 @ around 11:30 and what a big surprise! The taste and smell of the chicken is terrible. Always been a regular customer of KFC but today you let me and my kids down.

WORST KFC EVER, I NEVER GET MY ORDER CORRECTLY! I LITERALLY THINK THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE, I CANNOT THINK OF AN ORDER THAT I'VE EVER GOTTEN CORRECTLY IN THE DRIVE-THRU AND THIS EXPERIENCE IS NO DIFFERENT, THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG, YOU ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT YOU ORDERED, THEY OBVIOUSLY CANNOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND DO NOT LISTEN.
This is the dirtiest KFC that I had gone to what happen to the staff here they eventually don’t care about the cleanliness it’s so gross ? the wall, the floor and table are not clean. The sauce area are also dirty open and spilled sauce are still in the container, Every worker is blabbing away everyone can hear what they are talking about. Please higher management needs to know what’s going on here very unprofessional, this place should not be dirty unsanitary. Before this location closes do something about it.
Food was hot and prepared perfectly. Service was fast and friendly. Dining room and kitchen looked and smelled clean. I appreciate this location as the one on Main in Pearland has become a nightmare.
KFC coming through with the Vegan Fried Chicken!\\n\\nYes, you read that right, Vegan Fried Chicken!\\n\\nWe were Beyond excited to see KFC release their Plant-Based options US-wide. They offered for one day in select stores a year ago, and they sold out by noon. I've been waiting for this day. I sure hope this sticks around, and we see more options (including vegan sauces).\\n\\nI was extremely shocked and impressed to taste KFC's original recipe, its been over 6 years since I last had their chicken. The only negative I would share is there are no dipping options other than hot sauce and ketchup. Fortunately, we got it to go and slayed the box with Hidden Valley Vegan Ranch! (Yum!)\\n\\nWe had:\\n-Beyond Chicken Box with fries \\u0026 a drink.\\nDef looking forward to the next opportunity to grab a box!\\n\\nCOVID Notes\\n-Indoor seating is available\\n-Social distance \\u0026 masks are not required. Staff wore masks.\\n-Customer service was delightful, safe, and helpful\\n-Ordering was effortless \\u0026 smooth\\n-No issues at all.\\n\\nThank you, KFC, for having Vegan Options!
They pulled me down in the drive thru only to get chicken that was not thoroughly cooked (legs) and barely had any coating on it.
How can you have over cook and raw chicken in the same piece of chicken? They managed!! Sides are good but chicken is a mess!! Worst chicken KFC can possibly make!! Go across the street to Chick Fil A!
