Just left the restaurant. My family has visited this restaurant since 2006. Tonight was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at a dining establishment. I brought my friends to visit since we used to compliment Kappa so much. We wanted to show them a good time.We weren’t greeted when we entered, and our server was atrocious. We tried to make friendly conversation to no avail. Finally, I asked the server her name and she had the audacity to respond with, “Why?”We asked for another server and explained that we always ask the names of our servers so that we can address them by name. The new server told us that usually when people ask their names it’s because of complaints.It astounds me that the servers are so defensive and worried about customers asking their names. Are there actually THAT MANY COMPLAINTS that the server would have to wonder why a paying customer is inquiring about his/her/their name(s)?#bekind #longlivecustomerservice
Pretty good overall compared to most other Asian cuisine options around Shadow Creek. I liked the kung pao chicken and house special fried rice. Kung pao could've used a little more spice even after requesting it extra spicy. Will order from again.
Love this place. Great food and the sushi chef is super friendly. We eat here quite often.
Went there last night with my girlfriend and honestly really regretted it. My Lo Mein had no flavor, beef too fatty, noodles not cooked through. My girlfriend barely touched her General Tso's Chicken which was bland and the fried rice wasn't even fried. The sweet and sour sauce tasted frozen and way too sour. Only decent thing was the dezzy roll that I had and the sushi rice was not even cooked properly. Stay clear away from this place. When a restaurant has to advertise that they are next to the buffalo wild wings that should tell you something. Disappointed
Very disappointed with the food today. Ordered 3 order of fried wings. They were all dark . Tasted old uncleaned ,refried wings. Was not expecting this. Usually they are good but not today.
Placed an order online and I added special request to two of the sushi rolls nothing wild just to add crunch and spicy Mayo. When I arrived I checked my order before leaving to make sure rolls were made as requested to find that they were not. I informed the older gentleman that the order was incorrect and he pulled the receipt out and told me this is the order this is how it is I can't see special request. If you can't see special requests then why is there a spot for it when ordering online. He did not offer to give me a side of spicy Mayo or crunch just kept repeating this is the order and sent me on my way. When I called the gentlemen who answered was very polite and explained that in this restaurant that's how it is and there was nothing he could do about it.
I love kappa , especially the sushi everything else is great too but if your a sushi lover highly recommended ?
Had a bento box lunch special here the other day. It came with tempura veggies, a California roll, fried rice and general tso's chicken. Lots of food for great price. Would definitely eat here again.
The food was delicious. We are working our way down the menu. Each selection did not disappoint!
