Had a slight issue with our order and we live 30 mins away, I called up to the store and an employee took my name and number down for the manager and I was called relatively quickly and the issue was resolved. The food was delicious and I appreciate the manager getting back to me so quickly and the staff and manager working to resolve the issue. ??
This store is on top of their game! Outstanding customer service but oh my God, those sandwiches are the bomb! You have to get that big Kahuna chicken.. Actually it doesn't matter what you get, they're all good.
I deliver for Uber Eats and the staff here is the best. The minute you open the door you are welcomed. They do this for every guest. This place is always clean. Top tier service!

First time here with my daughter (her recommendation). And it did not disappoint...I am a SUBWAY girl but I think I am jumping ship for Jersey Mike's! Bread was right on point - Fresh, Fresh, Fresh! The joy of watching the meat being cut right before your eyes got me hooked. Now they may not have as many toppings as "S"! I live NW Houston however, I would drive to this location when I want a REALLY GOOD sandwich. Did I mention the bread was FRESH?! Give it a try!!!
