Wasn't too enthusiastic when my friend said that they wanted to go to a burger place. Really wasn't enthusiastic when I saw the prices. But when I saw the food it was pretty impressive. I had the steak sandwich and when they brought it out it was too hot for me to pick up or eat for quite a while. My wife had the mushroom burger and others had other ones and everybody really enjoyed their lunch. I could have cut my steak sandwich in half and had more than enough. The sandwich plus a shake was really way too much
The burger was pretty good and the Oreo milkshake. Also had a frozen lemonade do not recommend it’s really just all ice once you drink all the lemonade up! But the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the garlic French fries. I honestly thought the garlic French fries was like a little garlic seasoning with lot of parmesan on top. But it was totally different, it’s basically little pieces of garlic seasoning just on top?but now for the future iknow to never order garlic fries again! But overall 7/10!
What's not to love? My wife and I each had a burger that we enjoyed. I had the double meat classic, she had the Spicy Hickory Burger..My burger was well cooked with fresh toppings. The bun was soft but sturdy enough to support the burger. It was delicious..My wife remarked that the hickory sauce was spicy, and I scoffed that she was wimpy. However, it really was spicy... a real nice zing..I loved their French fries. They were the fat fries that I particularly enjoy. Some of them had that crunchy exterior and pillowy interior that are the hallmark of perfect fries..Service was fast, food was great. Again, what's not to love?
We’ve spent just under two hundred dollars a month for the last several months for to-go food for company events, and now now they won’t redeem our rewards points (we’ve racked up over 15 free Jax Burgers) because “oh we don’t do that anymore, we’re moving to punch cards now” (they moved from texts to Clover app check-ins to now punch cards).Jax certainly seemed to have absolutely no intention of trying to make good on this, so we’ve got nothing keeping us coming back to them.Stomp’s Burger Joint is just down the road and I hear it’s much better, guess I’ll finally find out for myself
The bread was hard the patties was dry thin little patties nothing like the pictures and for 13 dollars just for a burger it should have been good but dry and hard wow!!!!!!!
Great chicken sandwich, split a huge order of chili cheese fries with the hubby! My husband loved his burger, will be back!
So good! We got the larger Jax burgers and fries, they were so big and juicy! Delicious! The smaller one would have been enough.
My cousins and I came here to grab lunch. The food here is very delicious! The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Great burger spot! The smaller burger is my favorite, the larger one is just too much food. Always juicy and delicious. Variety of toppings to suit every taste. Great fries and sweet potato fries and kiddos love the hot dogs.
