First time we've tried Jax. We ordered for Pick-up yesterday and I was very pleased!!. We had a Jax burger, a double Rustler, chicken tenders & fries and some chicken wings....Oh, and a shake. The Prime blend they use for the burger was very good and seasoned just right. I like that they use coarse ground beef they way a burger should and you can really taste the beef. My daughter's shake had plenty of Bluebell vanilla and really thick. The wings were so-so. We had the garlic butter and the sauce was literally melted butter with bits of garlic. Maybe if the sauce was more creamy based?....Just a thought....My order was timely and the food was still hot when I got home. Prices are good. I will order from here again!...
This has to be the best burger place around. I love the bacon/cheeseburger and Cajun fries...Everytime family comes in town to visit, we go and everyone always gets hooked!...Garlic fries are awesome too!
Although the burger was tasting good, really small for $9.00 plus you gotta buy a drink and a side. So now you are looking at $16 for an average meal. The customer service is also subpar. If they changed the menu they should walk the patrons thru the process of ordering or be a little more patient(specially for first time visitors). There are other options that are more bank for your buck.
burgers are good but the real champion here is that philly cheesteak though. burgers are always good but the one issue they always seem to have is that bun getting soggyhate me a soggy bun ?
I tried the JAX cheeseburger, it was great! The style of burger was like an old fashioned hamburger with a thick patty, couldn't find a fault in it. The Cajun fries were alright, aside from a reddish color, the seasoning was too coarse to stick the fries and was mostly at the bottom of the basket.I read other reviews saying there's free beer Saturday and Sunday, FYI they start doing that at 5pm, and it's 2 per customer. I didn't see any other reviews stating that so I missed out but you don't have to.

Excellent. Made to order, perfect. Several Hot sauces from ghost pepper to habareno and plenty in between to choose. The chocolate shake was on point, to include the sweet potato fries falling out of the basket. Amazing! I'll [most diffently] be back ?.
Great retro burger spot. Indoor dining, fountain drinks, shakes/floats, 8oz burgers, turkey, soy?, lettuce wraps and lots of fried choices. I got the lettuce wrap Rustler with fried mushrooms and bottled water. Generous portions and served hot. Friendly service.
This was our first time visiting. The staff is super friendly. The food is really tasty. It's a little pricey for burgers and fries, but the quality + amount of food you receive are on par with the cost. All burgers + sides come in either regular or large size. The JAX bacon cheeseburger + chili cheese fries were amazing! I do wish there was a vegetarian patty option (only so my whole family could enjoy). But the meat-eaters in the household will definitely be back.*****UPDATED: Owner response that a Beyond burger is available! I just didn't see it posted on the menu. ?
I had the Guac Burger, it was tasty. Staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely going back.
