Just got done going there lady was cutting bananas without any gloves on and then after getting my bowl there was dirt in it! I was very disgusted. Place just needs to be shut down
when made correctly according to their own recipe and instructions, Jamba Juice is good. This location, however, routinely tries to skip whole ingredients or "make two at once" but with select ingredients for just one! independently making the product is common at this location, and not even specific to one or two staff. We cut our visits by about 75% as a result of these bad practices
I’m so extremely upset with my experience at Jamba Juice Pearland! This company is slowly digressing unfortunately! I have been a customer for over 10 years and this is my 2 complaint within 30 days about two different locations!The customer service today at Pearland was so very poor, I will never return! This associate who took my order was highly incompetent and extremely rude. I informed him that I wanted oat milk and it seemed as though that disturbed him, I then asked if the drink could be made thick due to hot weather and I hate watery smoothies, he replies, “well..sometimes they just come out watery!”. My juice literally came to me like WATER!This is so upsetting! I called when leaving to speak with management and I recognized the associates voice who took my order, I asked to speak with manager, he recognized my voice and states “that would be me” and hangs up in my face! Unfortunately I will no longer be patronizing Jamba Juice after today. However I just felt the need to share yet another horrible experience at Jamba Juice. Do better!
This is the worst place. They gave me frozen strawberries and didn’t even tell me. The supposedly manager there is very rude and hung up on me when I called and asked why they gave me frozen strawberries
Not a friendly customer experience atmosphere, young kids with bad ugly attitude. Watch out for your drinks!
this is the worst location ever! i walked in i was not welcomed in, the girl in the front looked at me like if it was inconvenience for me to be there ! she didn’t say not one word ! so weird ! this place needs better management and training for their employees to have customer service because it’s non existent!!! and also it smelled so bad probably the employees don’t clean at all just wash the blenders and call it a day!
Another closure, another disappointment. Drove over at 8:30 only to find the place still closed. They open at 8 on Saturday. This is not the first time. Should Have called before heading there.
It’s a bit dry when you walk in and the staff are cool, just the drink I ordered was not good and they are overpriced for what you get. I’ve tried them twice now and I just prefer something more nutrient dense and based as well. And taste great, not a whole bunch of sugar!
Not sure what has happened to this place but I will drive to Smoothie King even though my gym is right next door now. I had to deal with the manager (he claimed) and it's no wonder customer service is non-existent with the rest of the staff. He was the absolute worst. Sad. I used to really like this location.
